I started going here after one knee surgery and before my next to be prepared for the pain. I usually go online, check out the items that interest me and then go in. When I am there, I ask the staff if they have tried what I have picked and many times I go with their recommendations. I have found some good stuff, and now have a list of stuff I like in case they are out. My only negative, and this is not their fault, sometimes the weed is so dry and brittle. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and very appreciative when you give them a tip. I will keep going back. I cannot compare to any other places as this is the only one I have ever gone too since I am happy there. read more

Decided to check this dispensary out because I'm still new to the area, lady who had checked our IDs was pretty nice. Went in to the back and this guy rudely asked for have our ID's checked again which makes zero sense if I already meet that age requirement to be let in. Attempted to purchase a $10 pre roll because it was the cheapest item, cashier proceeds to tell me it gets rounded to the nearest $5 and you're also receiving a $3.50 charge so a purchase that was originally $10 is now $18.50 almost $20. Like F**k outta here. This place is not worth it yall, don't waste your time and go somewhere else!!! read more

when I come into Zen leaf it's either. I have a good experience or I have a really nasty experience.. today I came in and I wanted to pay with cash and also my debit card. The employee was pretty nice., but Marcus, the supervisor, very dismissive very obnoxious very disregarding. I would love to support the business but every time I come in here, the employees are just very mean and rude unless you're a regular that comes in every two days other than that, they don't pay you no mind. read more

i'm giving 5 stars because i have gotten good service here and the staff is friendly from the door people to tenders etc. only real criticisms apply to all dispensary's in MD. prices are too high, by now 8ths should be 30 bucks and half's 100.. Jesus loves yall, also Bloom is a good spot too read more

The worst rip off in Germantown, they will squeeze you dry in the name of corporate profits. Look at their ridiculous prices and the phony rewards system. BOYCOTT read more

I'm so glad that this location became my first experience at the dispensary. The workers are very friendly and informative with their products. Making sure that your goodie bag is filled with items perfect to your liking. While the line can be long for recreational use, I am happy to see that there's 2 lines. One for medical and the second for recreational use. I'll definitely be coming back again. read more

deaf friendly. ran into a guy cashier who happens to know sign. I bought three "not-so-pussy-assed" weed. I'm happy. For my amusement, I came back few hours later. I tested another cashier. I asked her to get me the meanest one. ( I did my homework unlike your other dummy crybaby customers so.. I already know the answer! ) ... she bring the weed and the answer is as correct as mine. it matched my answer. I m happier. read more

"Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name" haha in all seriousness this is my favorite dispensary in the upper moco area. Thomas, Omar, and the rest of the crew are friendly, fast and efficient. I love the point system, it comes I. handy when money is low. Overall, this is my favorite place! one suggestion: I do believe the extra merchandise they sale is overpriced. I can find the coloring books on Amazon for much less. read more

Kiki is very nice , professional, very informative, and an absolute delight. This definitely would have been 5 stars except in my last visit there was an issue with a electrical panel on floor and senior citizen almost fell and when the senior express their concern it was met with an unapologetic and unenthusiastic response, even I had to say something . and I will continue to speak for those who can't or will not. Good Job Kiki !!! read more

The website will say that a product is 23%THC. When you walk in it'll be 23%THC-A. Absolute trash. I wouldn't recommend this "dispensary" to my worst enemy. Total scam read more

One and done, never coming back. Just go to another spot, I never saw hidden fees in a medical purchase. I came here, because it's right next to my job and after work. I went home and drove 30 miles away to my normal place. It's that bad!! There's better, trust me. read more

This place offers overpriced merchandise of extremely low quality and extremely low potency. Management refuses to employ a dedicated cashier for medical patients and a dedicated cashier for recreational use so you'll end up standing there for 30 minutes longer than it should take to buy anything because the cashiers are too stupid to prioritize in the interest of fairness in customer service. Unqualified security guards will ask you to remove your pocket knife and completely miss the pistol. Security theater at its finest. It's nothing but a poor quality cash-grab operation. Your satisfaction is secondary to their sales. Steer very, very clear. read more

Update after store reply: I didn't "feel" unsupported. I was unsupported. I am out $250. I already spoke on the phone with Verano customer service and they told me the same as the manager in your store. Tough sh*t go talk to the third party vendor in Los Angeles. That is some SERIOUSLY bad customer service. I've been shopping here for a while. Staff and selection is fine. My BIG problem is that I bought a vaporizer to dab from Zen on Saturday for $250. When I got home, the device wouldn't charge. I brought it back and the manager tested my device himself and he verified that it does not work. BUT the store policy is now I have to deal with the manufacturer in Los Angeles to get a new device. I'm out $250 and I have to make warranty phone calls, a trip to the post office to pack a package to mail to LA, and then wait however long this company takes to replace my device. The device was broken right out of the package but Zen says screw you to someone who has spent thousands of dollars there. read more

I was hesitant to begin with to purchase anything I was convinced to make an account in your system. I was told if I did I would get 20% off. The girl signed me up. I picked a product that was on sale and was told I couldn't apply the discount because the item was on sale. Nothing was offered in place of the first time discount bare minimum a free pre roll, instead the guy told me I could use my discount next time when I came in on top of that I was rushed. I don't think I'll be back and am highly pissed off because I signed up for nothing and have been promised something which wasn't delivered is a violation of consumer law. read more

With the newly passed recreational laws, I have been to several dispensaries in the area, and this by far has been my favorite. The staff is always very helpful and incredibly friendly. I always feel welcome and comfortable here. I recently had a situation with a defective item, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. They also beat most other local shops price for the brands I use. Fantastic customer service and a really good selection. Beautiful and clean space. Highly recommend. read more

I am a regular at this place, well I was a regular cause I started going somewhere else now, besides the fact that the weed be dry as hell i was willing to over look that, i went the other day to buy a cart and it didn't work when I went back they told me they couldn't help and i had to wait, excuse me ? I paid for the fucking thing why in the fuck would I have to wait to use it ? It wasn't free I FUCKING PAID! They wer no help at all and wer acting very unprofessional i have never been so pissed in my life, i will stop recommending this place, if I was you i would go to blooms down the street . I went there the same day this incident happened and i explained to them and they said they would of have me a replacement right away . read more

CAUTION: These people are thieves... I have been a regular customer of the Germantown store for a couple of years. Nice people, standard pricing, great service... I ordered a product online yesterday and after I got it home I found it used a unique delivery system, requiring its very own battery. All I want is a standard vape cartridge. I have no use for yet another delivery system. There were no disclaimers anywhere on the website and when I called them today to return the product, they told me that they could "work" with me on the price of a battery, though they were unwilling to stand behind their product and allow me to return it or exchange it. Zenleaf has falsely advertised their product and pulled an age old bait and switch to demand I spend additional monies to use a product they were selling; a product I have no use for and never will use. I am out $42.00...and you are out a Customer. read more

Zen Leaf - No Disclaimer Anywhere that indicates this is a special use product. - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Germantown, Maryland

Best dispensary in Germantown. Great variety. They also have a patient appreciation day, every third Thursday of the month everything is 25% off. Way to go Zen leaf! So happy about the monthly discount and great products they have. They also have a great knowledge of products to consume flower, concentrates, or edibles. I trust them more than any other dispensary and exclusively go here. read more

Really nice new spot in Germantown. Walked in and was immediately seen by Samn. He sat down and spoke with me about different products and how they could benefit me. After going into the back, I spoke with Samn and his colleague (name?) for a good bit about the store and what they have to offer. First time discount doesn't hurt! . This will be my normal spot from here on out. Clean, good looking store with a helpful staff! read more

I will leave it short and sweet, they were very organized at their shop even during opening week. The flower was absolutely phenomenal and customer service was also there in force. Will be coming back for more business. read more

For the most part, the employees here are super nice except for one gentleman who I assume to be the manager, he rushed my process and seemed to want me out as soon as possible while I was conversing with other employees about what's available, on sale, etc. seem to boss the others around too.. 10% off for first time patient discounts, probably won't be returning read more

This place is a fucking joke after they changed their rewards system, which they just hope the patient signs up for. never have "change" as they round up on their deals pricewise, which is BS given any place honors their prices 100 orders is 25$ worth of quarters, why the fuck would i round up on a deal? This is definitely becoming the new curaleaf, shitty deals, even shittier flower. read more

This new shop is great! the deals are best in the area. I really think other business have met their match in the area now. The deals are second to none. The staff made each customer feel welcome and they explain each product and how it would help with our medical conditions. Jack was very informal about each product. He sold me my first pen every! I think its a total change going forward. THANK YOU JACK!!! The setup of the store is like no other with wide open view from outside looking in. The setup is very well put together but the products and prices will defiantly put a smile on your face. I have never been in a dispensary as huge as Zen Leaf. The deals are unmatched and the point system for each dollar you spend is every better. ZenLeaf!!! tSays it all. Check them out you!!!! You want be disappointed!!!! read more

I prefer ZenLeaf because they shop with me, on my side of the counter. Most places keep you separated from the staff but at ZenLeaf they stay with you using an ipad to place your order and they don't hide behind a counter with all their accessories and specialty items untouchable in glass cases. They know their product and if you're lucky enough to be the only one in the store, you get everyone's input and attention; no one is ever sitting over in the corner on their cell phone. They always have a good selection of product. They have daily deals. They are always worth checking first. read more
