I got out of line and went on over to "Zen Leaf" it's right on Wisteria lane .... About 2 mi away. Bloom has got to be THE most Ghetto dispensary ever. First it was the loud ass music, now it's the attitude of the workers. Just head on over to Zen Leaf.....much more professional.

The line was short and the order was ready. FWIW, their prices seemed good. I'm an old guy, so bear that in mind for this next comment, but to me, the whole vibe of the place was one of a pleasantly business-like establishment. And I really appreciated that. For example, neither the dispensary nor my package reeked of dope, which was a nice change from the last place I tried. I will definitely come back. I'm just a boring old guy who wants to buy some weed, at a reasonable price, with no drama and no surprises. This is a good place, if that's the transaction you're looking for.

They said they did not care and that it was not their problem. To go somewhere else. What makes matters worse is that they began laughing at me. I felt horrible as I have never been treated like that before. I will never go back to this place after all of the business I have brought to them! I felt disrespected to the fullest. Please do not ever go here as I do not want anyone else to ever get treated the way I did. This place is disgusting in attitude. I have never come across people like this. So rude

Add this to my list of Maryland dispensaries that are a little bland. While I appreciated the help…read moreof the budtender here, most of their deals aren't that great and the entire environment is just far more sterile than I would like to be in. They carry very similar products to other Maryland dispensaries. They do have some specials, which I think are a little bit better than some other places, but it's nothing like what you will expect in DC when things are not shut down or other states. They also do not offer first time customer discounts, deals, or anything else. I spent roughly $70 on two eighths. I was in a pinch, so it made sense to do so. But really, if you have a plug, that's probably a better route.

Very disappointing experience with Verilife's veteran policy. On one visit, I was told my veteran…read morestatus qualified for a discount. When I returned, a different manager told me the veteran discount only applies to medical patients and also would also not apply to any promotions. The inconsistency was frustrating, and the brusque interaction with the manager was curt abrupt and unhelpful. Restricting veteran discounts to only medical patients makes absolutely no practical sense and makes the discount seem performative. Former service members know that being a veteran is being part of a brotherhood. Recognition and appreciation for our military service should not depend on whether we hold a medical card or not. For comparison, the nearby competitor dispensary (Rise) honors veterans across the board, applies their 22% discount on top of promotions, and their staff is consistently helpful and friendly. Verilife needs a more thoughtful approach to how they treat veteran customers.

Also, I think the prices are pretty comparable to other places around town. Generally speaking, the staff is super helpful and VERY patient from some of the interactions that I've seen. Also, I found the process of online ordering and pick up to be a breeze. My only (minor) compliant is that the parking is minimal, and it can be a bit tight. However, this more or less appears to be a problem for the area. So, if possible, it might be best to visit during off-peak hours.
