I'm so frustrated…read more I just finished my 7 hour drive home and realized that over half the products I bought were delta 9. I added 4 hours to my trip to swing by and get some product for home. I wish they had told me. The packages don't say clearly and no person at the store told me that I was buying gas station grade gummies. I spent nearly $200 on what I thought was an exciting stash only to come home and realize that it wasn't what I was promised. I'm so angry and disappointed. The staff was lovely and kind and the place was cute. But they didn't help when I got home and discovered in the SMALLL print on the label that it's mostly delta 9. Aka headache in a bag. It felt like the moment when you realize the chocolate easter bunny is hollow. I was excited and now have no way to fix that.

I paid for & expected regular sized buds, NOT small buds, which you generally pay less for. When I called the dispensary to question them about the differences in products, they just said they have no control over the packaging and he would pass my concerns on to the supervisor. I don't think that's adequate. I believe they need to take responsibility for the buyers/products they use/sell. The other concern is that they don't provide any special service for their medical patient, like other competitors. No separate lines, nor does it appear to be a special order in which they take patients back. They need to do better.

I suffer from chronic migraines and anxiety so I've been trying to figure out ways to manage my symptoms without having to shove pills down my throat every day. This is RIDICULOUS. What a failure to be patient-forward, honest, and courteous! gLeaf Frederick's failure to update their own website, which stated that they were going to close at 5 PM on New Year's Eve, is NOT the patient's problem. This venue has now lost my business forever!!! If you also are dissatisfied by the non-service and LIES of gLeaf Frederick, I recommend SWEETBUDS FREDERICK at 5312 New Design Rd., Frederick MD, 21730 instead who had better selection, cost, service, and all-over care! I have never had such a discourteous and disappointing experience at a dispensary EVER in my many years as a medical patient!!! Happy New Year to Sweetbuds and NOT gLeaf!

She was amazing and I'd come back just to see her) They sold me delta-9 exclusively without telling me. If I wanted delta-9 I'd go to a gas station. Truly a disappointment.
