I placed a medical preorder to be picked up at 4 pm on New Year's Eve on their website, arrived promptly at that time, and was turned away by EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF WHO LIED TO ME regarding the legality of picking up my preorder at the time I had scheduled on their own website to do so! This is RIDICULOUS. What a failure to be patient-forward, honest, and courteous! gLeaf Frederick's failure to update their own website, which stated that they were going to close at 5 PM on New Year's Eve, is NOT the patient's problem. This venue has now lost my business forever!!! If you also are dissatisfied by the non-service and LIES of gLeaf Frederick, I recommend SWEETBUDS FREDERICK at 5312 New Design Rd., Frederick MD, 21730 instead who had better selection, cost, service, and all-over care! I hate this store! This is the third time they have pulled a bait-and-switch on my order -- and I drive an hour and a half to shop there. They always say they had to drop something... and it's always the day's deal. They don't ask what I want changed and then they have the nerve to suggest an alternative that isn't quite as good but is what they are pushing that day. The positive great selection, easy to get to and the atm is inside. Negative if you want delivery same day you probably will not receive it until the next day so best to go to your neighborhood dealer until then. I need to let people know of my interaction with gleaf, they are veteran owned, and say so every time they can, like most companies they use the name of the veteran to get more business. But lets be clear here, they care less than the sum of 0 for veterans, they offer no discount, and they create hoops for you to jump through and try to blame it on the medical board, they charge almost twice as much as they charge everywhere else in the world, i guess because its Virginia, they have 10 people standing around and act like they are too busy to attempt to make anything easy on you, the person they force you to have a consult with has never smoked a single bit of marijuana in her life, and is somehow the expert and offering consultations, its just a cash grab using predatory pricing, thats all read more

I have been a customer of Gleaf since they opened. I will never go there again because of the way their security staff treats people. It's bad enough that they are slow, their weed is never dry enough and often has seeds, and they make you wait in line outside but when they treat you like cattle it's time to find another place. so........ my local dispensary contacted me and told me I needed to bring back a gleaf product I purchased from them because of a recall. I've been a patient for 4 years and as I'm aware this probably does occur. I've never had a recall ever. not once in 4 years. so I was concerned a little and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to grow antlers or some ish. so I asked my local dispensary why the recall and they said gleaf didn't give them any info other then they needed to issue the recall So I contacted gleaf patient services and got 1 response asking which dispensary I purchased from. Tjey didn't answer any of the questions about it in the email. I responded and haven't heard back since. I have re-sent the email in case they didn't receive the first one. Over a week now which no response and no info on the recall Did someone touch it without gloves or is there a true health concern. Maybe they used a pesticide or something. Gleaf is usually my go to but lately there customer service has been poor. Whenever I have questions I call them and never get an answer. Im always sent to voicemail and it says they will call you back but they never do. On Sundays I work but I always place an order ahead of time and usually end up getting a call saying they ran out. What's the point in making an online reservation if they aren't even going to hold the product. There website is never up to date. Im honestly just disappointed in gleaf. read more

I was a gLeaf customer until today. Disabled firefighter after 30 years of service. Beginning yesterday, gLeaf no longer provides any discounts for public safety (police/fire). At 400+/oz. I believe this is a travesty. It is also the only local dispensary not offering such discounts. Vets are still OK thankfully. I will not support ANY business that doesn't support our military as well as public safety. disgusting. read more

Online ordering only during Corona virus. Neither Weedmaps or Gleaf.com has any indication of this policy change. I checked before I left my house yesterday. You can't access the cash machine onsite either. If you arrive without knowing this a security guard will make you feel bad for not divining the changes. I complained using Gleaf's contact link and was told I should use delivery if I didn't like it. Bottom line is the sales folks are usually great but management takes customers for granted. read more

While my primary dispensary is at another location, i have always been pleased with the customer service at gLeaf when I have been nearby and used their services. Twice I've had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was always friendly and consistently apologized for the wait. Just like with any business or pharmacy, when its busier than usual, you can tell by the amount of people waiting. If it looks too busy, come back when you have more time, or take a straw, suck it up, and just be happy we live in a state where this is legal. If you dont like the prices (which are similar at all 3 dispensaries) go back to smoking schwag that you get from your local corner boy where you have no idea what kind of product you're going to get. I tried your Jelly Breath Shatter last week and was disappointed. It was soft runny with crystals like a butter. Not like Shatter. I Asked the manager if I got the wrong stuff and was it safe to use. He said it was 100 % Shatter and I was wrong about what shatter was. It felt like all the other *!# dealers I have had in the past. Update: I tossed it would not produce a vapor in my G pen and ended burning out my coil It would boil hard but nothing came out. I went back to the store and asked how I file a complaint the bud tender brought the same manager same response The manager was smirking and acting strange. More than once I have received light flower here. If it says 3.5 grams it should weigh it! You sell everything in black plastic jars so we cant see the product if we look at it we own it tough luck sucker! Bad experience don't shop here! read more
