I don't think that's adequate. I believe they need to take responsibility for the buyers/products they use/sell. The other concern is that they don't provide any special service for their medical patient, like other competitors. No separate lines, nor does it appear to be a special order in which they take patients back. They need to do better.

My certification got renewed on time, I never had a lapse in access. I was asked to provide proof of my conditions needing treatment so be prepared for that. There is no confirmation of the certification from the Dr. (At least my Dr. did not provide any) but you can check on the MMCC portal and it will show if it went through. Overall good experience.
