I'm giving one star. based solely on the fact that they only give Veteran's discounts to medical patients. I believe that completely wrong. and they're trying to force us veterans without medical cards to purchase a medical card. I fought for my country. Came home with PTSD(severe), and I can't get a discount unless I have a medical card. Which subsequently means I can't be in possession of my firearms That's crazy!! I've had a few issues here. The staff is nice usually, but they're disorganized. I put in an order earlier today and came to pick it up at 6:48 to find out they're closing early due to snow and they took their last customer at 6:45. Makes sense but I have a text saying I could pick up my order until 8:45. Why wasn't I communicated with? Well everyone with a preorder was called. I wasn't. Let me check the phone number, you obviously have the right one cause I got the text about my order. I've had a few issues here, but this is my last one. I'll go to curaleaf. This is the only dispensary I've had issues with calling about issues before arriving. Terrible is not a good enough statement. My experience there was the last experience. I had bought a vape. Went to my car to check it as I always do. The liquid was brown halfway through and clear at the bottom. I walked right back in less than 5 minutes. After purchasing it went to the counter and the guy told me that it was new botanicals which clearly I left ticked off. I knew that was a lie. Even though at the time I didn't know what was happening doing hair. I realized hair color oxidizes and gets darker and that's exactly what happened. Also had a leak in the side when I tried to pull. I went back again to talk to management and the only thing they were willing to do was comp. Me $10 or $15. They need more education and or better customer service. I am sharing far and wide. Great! Horrible experience today ! No one was attending to the pre order line so I asked if anyone would be calling us because 5 walk ins had been called. The bud tender who I asked was super apologetic and went to ask who I am assuming was the manager on duty. The short black woman told her " it is what it is , if they get angry they can leave or deal with me". This was just a wild crazy statement to make and let alone loud enough for customers to hear. No one was angry, the exchange I had with the first woman was very calm. What was the reason to insert the ghetto rude behavior? You can tell a person that never had a job before. She doesn't need any type of position dealing with the public. Maybe she needs a J herself. Also want to note they have no specific line for medical patients. Most places do. Upon finishing his conversation I go to ask him a question to which I get completely ignored as I'm standing right in front of him. Went Tuesday but they wouldn't honor the prices even though I placed the order and had the confirmation. Terrible customer service from a staff that seems overworked and a manager that borders on the spectrum. I came into the shop and made a purchase. In the process I asked can I add another item. This resulted in a ton of confusion for approximately a half hour from a gentleman that was trying to be helpful in saving 3 dollars. Had I have known this would incur an extra amount of waiting I would have paid the $3 or came back another time. Not a huge deal but I continue. In the process of a bunch of confusion with trying to get a transaction of 3 items finalized for a half hour somehow my credit card was left with the cashier. By the end of the transaction I was frustrated as I had no intention on a half hour experience and had things to do. I cannot blame anyone but me there but the situation contributed. This occurred right around closing so I had no ability to find out was my card in store. I left messages begging them to please contact me if found immediately. Even though my name was on the card and I am in system I received no call. The following day I received no call so I call the store to ask was my card turned in. I was left on hold for about 10 minutes. I hang up and call back and another person goes to look and finds the card. I wouldn't be writing this message if that is all that occurred but just so nobody else had the same experience I came to the manager who has the same respect of matters like this as a teenager. I explained to him what occurred and he immediately grew defensive. I purposely left out names to not point fingers and told him I don't intend to do anything but explain how the service could be improved. He started lying immediately claiming that they called me and then he started acting confused as if he couldn't understand why I would have any complaint at all. I will keep this respectful buddy. You are not good at your job. I will not be back in there because I tried to tell you in a respectful manner hey please respect the customers time and if an ID gets lost please call them but you acted slow and on the spectrum. Did this somehow confuse you? Maybe now that it is in writing you can understand a little clearer. You simply have poor customer service. Placed an order at 12:55pm went to pick up my order as a Medical patient at 8:20pm they only had half of the order available. I received No phone call or text from them stating there was a problem with the order. When I got there the cashier said they were out of half my order and his excuse for them not contacting me about it was "it's Friday" (3/8 so not even a holiday weekend) I look around and see like 8 employees a few engaged in a convo standing around. These people have NO CLUE as to the definition of customer service. These people ALL need to learn self respect and take pride in a job done well but I don't think they have ever had an example of how to do their job properly.
