I got a nice greeting at the door instead of badgering me for my I D before I can even get a word out. Same size bottle same amount of nicotine. No hassle, fast, accurate, and affordable. I had to yelp for him, which I usually don't do. Mostly because I don't feel like it. But this cool guy had not 1 yelp and his service and prices deserve the review. Hopefully more will follow! Thank you I found my new ecig

Like I said before, nobody is rude - these folks are smart and realize customer service is the key to success in the digital world we live in. Thank you for being in business!

I recommend anyone with a chronic illness or disease to stop by and talk to someone here! Sabrina was working in the front window and she's really nice! They know me when I walk in. I order my juice and unless there are 6 people ahead of me, I'm in and out in less than 10 mins. This is the only place in town that I know of that makes their own juice. That's a big thing. If you go to any other vape shop you have to buy what's on the shelf. No customising at all. You walk into maddcatt, you tell them what you want and they make it there and then. They have all the other gear as well if you're starting out or a seasoned vapour. Solid 5 out of 5 from me and never mind the other drivel reviews.

This is by far the best vape shop in the Frederick area! The employees are super helpful ,…read morefriendly, and knowledgeable, and eager to answer and and all questions you might have. At a lot of other vape shops, you're made to feel like you're wasting their time when you want to try multiple juices or have a lot of questions, and seem disinterested in doing anything but making a sale. Not here! The employee who helped us never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions, and happily got juices ready that we wanted to try (+1 for using single use sterile covers on the drip tips of the testers........ some places dont. and thats just gross.). He knew his stuff too - he steered us away from a few more expensive juices that had formulas that didnt play nice with the tanks my boyfriend and I were purchasing (Nautilus minis), and suggested some awesome alternatives. The selection is amazing - a GIANT long wall of juices, a whole case full of unique drip tips, multiple cases full of hardware ranging from inexpensive beginner ego style stuff, to high-end mods. There is seriously something for everyone here. Great prices too -- very comparable to what I've seen online, and coils are buy 4 get 1 free. My only wish is for some 100% VG juices and some selections with organic, all natural flavorings. When we were checking out, the owner noticed me checking out some of their ridiculously adorable drip tips, and gave me a kitty drip tip for free! Their rewards program is also great -- open an account with them (totally free -- all they need is a name and phone number), and they'll start tracking your purchases. For every $100 you spend, you'll get $5 to go towards anything in the shop!
