I've visited several other Davidus Cigar locations in the area: Gaithersburg and Rockville Pike…read moreand this is by far their best location. As a pipe smoker, I was impressed with their selection of pipes and blends. The smoking lounge is second-to-none. It's very spacious and has a large and loyal local group of customers, great company and conversation. Their prices are competitive for a local brick and mortar (and to be expected) but they do carry harder to get blends such as Esoterica. If you're in the greater D.C. Metro area, it's worth the drive and check it out. The staff is knowledgeable and great to talk with. PSA: They do provide a military/veteran discount. Show their your ID and they'll be happy to discount you.

Their cigar celection was great for me, including a lot of the big names. I would have liked to have seen more boutiques, because I like to try things I can't get everywhere. My wife commented that they had a limited selection of sweet/infused cigars that she prefers. Next time we're in town, we'll stop back for sure.

I never write reviews for stores but I stopped in today and grabbed the phone number from Yelp…read morebeforehand, and happened to see that the store has only two reviews, one of them being a 1-star, and felt the need to post. The 1-star review is incredibly unfair. I've been to the store twice for kratom. I normally buy online, but when I'm in a pinch, I've gone to Willie's. I'm pretty sure the same guy has helped me both times, and I don't know if it's the same dude referred to in that 1-star review, but the guy's super nice, empathetic, knowledgeable, and undeserving of those childish insults. I can't speak to their selection because I've only gone there twice for kratom, but their prices are competitive with other brick and mortar, the kratom is high quality and not cheap garbage, the guy I've dealt with genuinely listened to me, and I'm happy to give them my business. And you won't get that kinda service online, so stop in and support Frederick small businesses!

The cool thing about this establishment is that they have a really nice selection of water pipes, hand pipes, vapes and other items that you need, and if you're not sure about a specific item, they will go into specifics and of course, this place is budget friendly. Another cool thing about this store is that they have a rewards program. All it takes is your phone number and you're automatically enrolled into the program.
