The fridge is small but adequate and is on the porch. Each cabin has a nice porch area with a grill, table, chairs, and fridge. The kitchen does the trick although at least in #7 what I thought was an oven turned out to be an old fridge that didn't work. Coffee pot and microwave are provided along with plenty of cooking supplies. The grounds are well kept with an amazing view of Wallowa lake. It's on the side of the lake away from the tourist areas so it's quiet. There's a game room and a playground. I walked around quite a bit and really enjoyed it. The owners and their family were friendly and helpful. I could really go on and on. No cell signal here and no wifi so it's a great place to unplug.

We have come two years now and rent the same cabin on the lake. PJ was the housekeeper and it was spotless. Thank you PJ... we love the way you clean and present the place. We had a not so great airbnb a few days before and it was a bummer. We were so excited to get here and know that it would be clean and presentable. I used to be a maid, so I get it. The upgrades are so fun. The connection to wifi was fine. We don't expect a great connection anyway since we came to get away. It is expensive, so we can't stay too long. We do love it and hope to come back again. They are always friendly and the welcome book is so thorough. Thank you!

This year I rented cabin 116, and while the cabin was very clean the mattress on the sleeper sofa wasn't accommodating at all. Very thin and springy. I wouldn't classify it as a 6 person cabin. The 5 star rating is really for the overall stay. Would I rent cabin 116 again? Yes, but only for 4 people.

The cabins are also cable ready, but the wifi is a bit spotty and you can only check email. However, you're on vacation, so detach from the computer or smart phone and take a walk to the lake to enjoy the other fabulous activities in the Wallowa Lake area. The resort is centrally located within walking distance to the lake, mini-golf courses, go carts, shops, restaurants, the marina, the tram up to Mt. Howard, and much more. The Wallowa Lake resort has a spa on the property as well, so bring your suit. Dogs are also welcome for an extra fee and you will be provided with a dog pack that includes a sheet, treat, and other necessities. Just be sure to keep fido on a leash while on the property or in a crate if you leave them alone. Otherwise, they're very accommodating here. I would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful.

This well located facility is a work in progress that is well underway, sleeps up to 6, and it was a fine night's rest for my wife and I. If you're entering Joseph on Main Street, proceed to Russell Lane and turn right. Drive seven-tenths of a mile and look for the white fence on the left. Ease up the gravel driveway and the owner's home is before you, the lodging is on your right. Judy Bothum is a fascinating conversationalist and she will see that you are comfortably situated.
