We were personally greeted downstairs by the concierge and escorted upstairs, which immediately made us feel welcomed and valued. That level of personalized service set the tone for the entire visit. After checking in, I changed into my robe and was invited to relax in their beautiful lounge while I waited for my treatment. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. Before my deep tissue massage began, my therapist took the time to ask about any areas of pain or tension. I mentioned that my neck had been bothering me, and she customized the massage to focus on exactly what I needed. It wasn't just a massage, it felt truly therapeutic. I walked out feeling renewed, lighter, and completely relaxed. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. To top it all off, I was able to unwind by their stunning resort-style swimming pool, which made the entire experience feel like a luxury getaway rather than just a spa appointment. From beginning to end, every detail was flawless. The exceptional customer service, beautiful atmosphere, and highly skilled therapists exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a spa that truly delivers a five-star luxury experience, I can't recommend LUX MedSpa Brickell enough. I'll definitely be back!!!

I'm going to speak on behalf of my group:…read more Terrible experience. This is more of a MID 2 or 3 star place from start to finish. They pressured everyone to give a 5 star review every moment they spoke to you. Unsure why the desperation (probably going to shut down like all business' here do) but terrible terrible terrible experience every step of the way. Because when I booked this appointment weeks ago, the people I spoke to, the current ones said "Got let go." Well that seems like a TERRIBLE idea because throughout our time there was a lot of confusion, a lot of waiting around, and just ugh bad vibes. The person I came with said 'Super disorganized.' Another states 'Not worth paying for, ever again.' Everyone should take into consideration of their bad reviews. It's more truthful than their fake 5 star reviews they have. I could understand leaving a reviewing IF we all had a good time. But this needed to be said. DONT'T GO HERE

She did ACCUPONTURE on me and I felt worst ... Then she recommended me to take vitamins (with sea weed) knowing I was on Levothyroxine and was allergic to iodine !! When I read the composition I understood right away why I felt worst ....there was iodine in the product from the sea weed !!! I couldn't breathe had terrible lab results I got hyperthyroid ....i was a zombie for months in bed She is not a doctor and has zero knowledge about anything she doesn't even care about her patients she is lay back and clueless ... I called to complain and explainer hr the situation she put me in and also sent her an email her answer was you need more sessions ,,,,,!! Pay 150$ honestly to be worst no thank you !! Also her office is so tiny the bed is near her desk you have no privacy to remove your clothes and she rush you out after 30 mins for the next patient because she only has one room . Terrible experience my TSH and T4 was a mess because of her and what she recommandes me to take !! Stay away from this place she has good reviews new use apparently she has the power to remove the negative ones !! Shame I just went there because she was around the corner of my house but I never went back and will never go back This is very concerning in USA that acupuncturists are not MD and have zero knowledge of médecine . In France you need to be a MD first to be an acupuncturist it make all the difference for sure Both my parents are doctors in France and were choked she gave me supplements with iodine when I told her I had iodine allergies and I was n levotyroxine .... Thanks for the nightmare root acuponcture !!!
