This was my second visit to Massage Envy for both a massage and a facial, and I want to be clear…read morethat the quality of the massage itself was excellent. The therapist was very skilled, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is generally calm and welcoming. However, I do have a significant concern regarding session timing. My massage was scheduled for 11:00, but I wasn't taken back until 11:05, and then needed additional time to change. Despite this, my massage ended at 11:55. A 60-minute massage should reflect a full 60 minutes of hands-on service, and in this case, it did not. This made me feel like I wasn't receiving the full service I paid for. In addition, there was loud talking and laughter in the hallways during my session, which disrupted the relaxation experience and pulled me out of what should have been a quiet, calming environment. This review is not a reflection of the therapist's skill the massage itself was truly great but rather feedback on time management and noise control, which are important parts of the overall experience. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback, as addressing these issues would greatly improve future visits.

I love that she has online booking on Booksy, which is super convenient. She recently rolled out a new body scrub service which is so perfect and what I've been needing and wanting to try. I'm glad the experience is with her. She scrubbed me down, and it exfoliated my skin in hard to reach areas. She also incorporated some massage in the service too, which is much appreciated, and I had to tell her to not tease my body too much since I know I'm overdue for a massage session with her. I also love the smell of her scrub, she allowed me to smell the options and pick one to use on my body, and I ended up choosing the mango one.
