This morning, I started my day with her 9 AM yoga class, which was an incredible way to open both body and mind--especially before the hour-long massage that followed. Fran is nothing short of a wonder--a fantastic, intuitive massage therapist unlike any I have ever met. Her touch is one of love and nurturing, like that of a guardian angel guiding the body toward deep healing. She understood my inner workings better than I did--not only my muscle tissue but also my energetic flow, unlocking and releasing in ways I didn't even realize I needed. At Shanti Wellness, you don't just receive a massage--you experience a holistic healing journey. Fran seamlessly integrates hydrotherapy, cupping, tuning forks, sound bowls, meditation flutes, and singing bowls, creating a truly multidimensional treatment. The Yoga history and instructions she provided was top notch This was also my first visit to " Shanti Wellness Center " It was a positive five star experience.

I'm just limited to water work and light stretching right now. Anyway, locker rooms are nice and clean. I love that they have hair spray, deodorant spray, mouthwash... free towels to use just to freshen up after a workout or a swim. Sometimes if I go there straight after work I sit in a little break room area. It's really nice because they have vending machines and there are drinks as well as the microwave for use.

The pool piranha feverishly splashes about from side to side hogging up three lanes is a message to everyone...I OWN THIS POOL! I COME FIRST! You must kiss the ass of the selfish pool piranha and follow it around, back and forth like a good little obedient fan. No respect for others! You can't enjoy the therapy pool alone because the pool piranha lacks attention and needs your constant validation. Then there's the employee with the strawberry blonde brush haircut that hates everyone including itself. Mean, belligerent and can easily grimace, flip you the finger or tell you to SHUT UP! Excuse me....Is one of it's tired, dated lines. When management lacks the balls to use their authority properly, you end up with sacred cow staff members, laziness and a few angered members calling the shots over the majority. Fitness Pointe isn't the best place to work out or enjoy your leisure. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not worth the aggravation!

I write this as my tush is killing me from strength class. Classes that are offered are HITT, HITT Strength, Boxing, Kickboxing and there are personal training classes you can sign up for. You are getting killer cardio and strength Additional "super classes"...aka class from hell.... pop up Yoga and some really fun events are offered throughout the year. Always something to keep you engaged. The last thing you will be here is board with classes. You can try a class at no charge. The gym has gloves you can use for the class, so no need to worry about buying gloves just to try out a class. There are several morning and evening classes available and classes also offered on the weekend. Ladies don't let the idea of boxing/kickboxing deter you. There are lots of women in here all shapes and sizes and holy smokes do they pack a punch! All off the coaches and front staff are amazing. Friendly and so very helpful! Even members are super supportive and even though we are all DYING we are having a great time!

I've only gone twice, and they are super supportive, allow me to go at my own pace and have a very friendly staff. Amanda is so cheerful for first thing in the morning, love that energy! You will sweat and feel it, but that is the class. It's the best workout and great change from other classes or doing it on your own. In the past two weeks, my weight loss journey has been boosted and really look forward to hitting the bags hard in the future. They help you with the wraps and can loan you gloves. They are encouraging and have a very clean facility. Love it!!

Unfortunately, this fell flat for me. I have been to dozens of Herbalife Shake locations. One thing they all had in common is the consistency of the shake, smooth and shake-like. This wasn't the case here. It was 'icy', I was able to chew ice in my shake and it lacked any identifying traces of coconut. They do offer 3 different sizes. I see they off sea moss in different flavors, that is a bonus. I think other people will have to make their own decision, as to how they like their shake.
