I like the compact accordion clothes dryer as it seems to take up less space. Important for tiny condo living. Maybe I will get it on my next visit.

From move-outs to move-ins, pantries to closets, small spaces to entire homes. She's very responsive and communicates really clearly and professionally. Recently, we worked closely with her on a huge project. Our mutual client was having their floors refinished while they were out of town. She helped move everything into boxes and ensured they were moved back to their original locations after the work was complete. One of the best things about Rachel is that she's able to work solo. Not everyone has the time or desire to do the organizing themselves - they'd rather have someone else just make the magic happen. With just a few thoughts on the desired end goal, Rachel can run with it and make sure your space is transformed. She's an incredible resource to have in our network and we'll continue to refer her to our members when the need for a space refresh comes up!

After realizing my timeline and her schedule didn't match up, as well as noting that my project might require more than just her service, she ended up pointing me in the direction of multiple other organizers and movers that she recommends that would better suit my situation and deadline. It is extremely refreshing when professionals are willing to admit that their services might not be the right fit (mostly just due to timeline), but then also go above and beyond expectations by recommending what others might see as competitors but Lauren saw as colleagues in the business.

He had to say goodbye to living in the only home he and my mother (who has passed), owned. Purchased in the early 1970s. Also the only physical location I knew as "home" growing up. Fast forward to present, a year later. The house still has not gone on the market due to life happening. With the birth of our first child, I found myself overwhelmed as I walked through my parents house. It was aging, and cluttered with 40+ years of memories and, well, clutter. Why all the backstory? Because anyone can come into a strangers home and throw things out, or donate them. But Linda came recommended for a reason. She walked into our home with a felt sense of honoring the memories that existed there. Everything she touched and inquired about was intentional, with purpose and respect. She engaged the memories with us and lent a firmly gentle hand on some items that were best to let go of, knowing it was hard to do so. The topper for me was how she engaged my father who wrestles with memory loss. She never responded to him with anything other that complete respect. As I drove dad from the house his response was: "She really is an outstanding woman, so professional, organized, and nice." I can not recommended Uncluttered and Linda enough. She made the overwhelming manageable.

I called and was contacted by Jessika on Monday, April 14, 2025, and we talked about my situation, (she was very nice) so then made an appointment for that Thurs. in the morning for a 2 hour assessment ( April 17, 2025.) Then I had to change it to later that afternoon, so it was for 3PM. Then She had to change it again (she didn't realize she "couldn't work until 5,") but said she would call me back that day to reschedule. No callback so I called that afternoon and left a message re: what new appointment time she and I could work out. I called her three times the next day, Friday April 18, leaving messages, and was concerned something might have happened, since no one was calling me back. No word. Weird. Waited all weekend to reconnect. I called again the following Monday, April 21, 2025, left several messages, but never heard back. Huh--Ghosted!!! I guess I must be pretty awful somehow, no matter what they claim to be able to handle and do, and regardless of how nice she, herself, was on the phone. I am disappointed with their lack of professionalism, and, having no experience with their actual services I cannot recommend them.

The house was not a mess, but did need to be cleaned for move out, hence why I hired her to conduct a move out cleaning service. She then entered the homes bathroom and said this is bad and said she could not clean and to find someone else. How do you expect me to find someone at the last minute? I hope you have a better day and your wrist gets better. I did choose Chelsea because of her 5 star review. Although it may have been true for everyone else, it was not in my case.
