A reason why i went with this company is that they are licensed .... which i did double check and they do have a C10 which is for electrical. Also, they did answer with regard to how much a particular job would be. Originally, we had an after lunch timeslot... I requested if there was a possibility of a morning one the day prior... Thankfully, they were able to come on over and accommodate. So that's a plus. When they arrived, Nick was respectful and straight to the point. He pointed out some items that were needed to be addressed... and upgraded... Felt like an upsell but i do understand that when it comes to keeping a house safe, you gotta do what you gotta do and hopefully you get what you paid for. They offered to 1. do grounding.... 2. and also to install a surge protector.... 3. to change parts of the breaker that were damaged or cooked and not rated properly 4. Patch up the dry wall. 5. In addition to installing the tesla wall connector. Now originally, i just wanted to have just my tesla wall connector installed. The price for such is pretty affordable and comparable to other electricians. Unfortunately, with all the other things that needed to be done... the price exponentially increased. Good thing, they offered different modes of payment,.... like credit, debit, check, and even zelle. Since the bill was a pretty penny, he did mention doing a 60amp rather than a 50amp for the tesla wall connecter and making sure that all connections are up to code. I assumed from the beginning that it's supposed to be a 60amp since that is what the wall connector is rated for... In any case..... They got here at 8:43 am and were done by 10:07.... pretty quick and fast. I did like that Nick showed me the issues and also showed what they did and he assure me that everything is up to code. They sent an invoice via email and i paid them via check .

We hired this electrician for several items during our move-in, including outlet work, lighting,…read moreand ethernet/WAP setup. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was lack of care for our home. No drop cloths were used, debris was left throughout the house, and cleanup was minimal. An outdoor trash can was brought inside and rolled across hardwood floors. Upstairs, dust and debris were left on carpet, in closets, and on bathroom floors. The job sites were consistently left messy at the end of each day. There were also multiple incomplete or questionable aspects of the work. The ethernet line in the bonus room was charged as a full install ($650), but the line was already present--this was only acknowledged after I raised it, and the explanation given was that the charge was for "testing." The WAP was not properly connected, and some outlets were left unfinished/dangling. For chandelier installs, drywall screws were used in base plates, which is not appropriate for final installation. Scheduling and communication were also problematic. On the day work was supposed to be completed (which required me to rearrange my work schedule, which he knew), the appointment was canceled that morning. A new availability was offered that conflicted with my schedule, despite that same day previously being unavailable. When I requested a partial refund for incomplete work, the response was that additional unbilled items offset the charges. That was not discussed in advance, and does not address the core concerns regarding workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. We ultimately hired another electrician to complete and correct the work so we could move in on time. While the cost itself was not the primary issue, the lack of attention to detail, respect for the home, and follow-through made this a poor experience overall. This was not the first time I remodeled a home, so I understand the unexpected, but given the overall experience being extremely substandard, I would not recommend this electrician.

He called me back literally within 5 minutes and was here the following day. What I thought was a simple install took a few hours as John had to fix everything I jacked up in order to get the door in and properly aligned. Needles to say, I am super happy with his work.
