Each area is clearly labeled with what's on the shelves and their prices. Mostly chicken dishes (yea for me), some turkey dishes and some beef dishes. Most contain the meat and a side. We chose to try the grilled chicken with cheesy rice, broccoli and cauliflower. The husband went for rustic chicken with penne pasta. He said his was OK, but not real enthusiastic. When is he, over food. Mine was pretty tasty. The issue and maybe it's because we're pigs, is that it's not quite enough food. We were a little hungry after finishing the meal. I'm thinking maybe a third more food would be perfect for dinner. These would be OK for lunch. Pricing wasn't bad. $20.50 for the two dishes. No tax. You'll get a 15% discount if you subscribe. That is, buy several meals a week. If you want them delivered, that is about $15. Cost prohibitive for us. They do have a nice introductory deal. $47 for six of their better-selling meals. The second time I went, I opted for a Tres Leches Cold Brew and an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese. Again, I asked for less mix in the drink since the bagel was, obviously, carb heavy. There are so many vitamin shops now days, but this one has always gone above and beyond for me in…read moreservice. I came in looking for some calming teas, and the gentleman here found me some and recommended a drink called Be Calm. Not only did he recommend it, but he prepared a sample for me. It's magnesium powder that can be instantly activated with warm water, and I felt the calming benefits almost instantly (took less than 30 minutes). Last time I came in they were out, but he showed me another one called Garden of Life Magnesium that works just as well. Another time, I came in for some amino acid pre-workout powder, and again the gentlemen took the time to prepare me some samples and even threw in a shaker bottle with my purchase of Amino Flow. This has helped me so much. Now when I work out, I hardly ever get the muscle aches the following day. I can tell the guys here are very passionate about helping the customers get the products that are best tailored to the individual client, as opposed to some places that seem to just be trying to make a certain quota. Only issues with this store is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it.
