I didn't care for the breading as much because it was very doughy - but as it is from a dense concha base, it was expected but still a surprise. One can easily be a breakfast item because it's quite filling. Some have flavors inserted inside and others are plain with no filling. The best part about this place is that you can look over all the baked goods, which all look more scrumptious than the last one. They also sell Brazil coffee. They have these peanut rolls that go so well with Brazil coffee. The staff seem to be the owners, and they seem super nice, ready to answer all our questions about Brazil. The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor, and the light sea salt cream on top added the perfect touch without making it overly sweet. It was smooth, refreshing, and one of the better matcha drinks I've had. I also picked up a few pastries, and everything tasted fresh and flaky. The café was clean, the staff was friendly, and despite being busy, the service was quick. If you're a matcha lover, I'd definitely recommend trying the Sea Salt Matcha along with one (or a few!) of their pastries. I'll definitely be back to try more from their bakery.
