Zebra Printing just made my day by printing two large event standup banners with a same day turnaround. I approved the cost estimate this morning and was able to pick both banners up before their 5pm closing. Ishmael was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the print job. I was even shown how to assemble/disassemble the banner, which they then put into a nice carrying case. Wanted help printing a single sticker sheet. Tried calling on a Monday morning and was told to email them. Sent the email, but didn't hear back so called Tuesday and was told they'd get to my email in a couple days. Emailed them a follow up on Thursday and they never responded. Maybe it wasn't worth their time. Ended up calling nearby Minuteman Press and they said "come on over" and they took care of it in two minutes. read more

Zebra Printing really came to the rescue. I had to print 100 flyers on weighted paper colored copy, both sides on the SAME DAY and then what happened was I ran out of flyers! Called the store and they made another 100 for me, then ended up same day ordering another 200.... I clearly underestimated how many flyers I needed for our event. But the staff there was so flexible and accommodating. In the future I'll try to give them a 24-48 hr notice but they were amazing for squeezing me in. We went to a different place at first and our flyers turned out so bad. My coworker and I walked in on Wednesday and they did such a good job on our company flyers. They had them done as soon as Thursday evening. We showed them our old flyers and what we DON'T like. They made it super quick and easy to choose exactly what we wanted. I have heard good things, and see the positive experiences, so I just don't know what is going on with my request, but after nearly a month, I'm giving up. I initially emailed the inquiry email on their website on February 25th. On March 7, I emailed again, and also used the online request form, to which I finally received a reply. A follow up email on March 10 stated they were having trouble with the font, and I tried to supply more information, also stating the exact font was not important to me. It's now March 21 and I haven't heard anything again. I'm surprised since I work for a large company and you'd think they'd be interested in getting more business from us, but I'll just go back to our usual (non-local) supplier. This has been like pulling teeth, without any result. I regret exploring this option as it's been a massive waste of time. read more

Our company was in Bellevue for business and instead of getting our prints done in Chicago, and carrying them on the airplane to bring marketing materials over, we had them printed at Zebra and we picked them up on the way to the hotel from the airport. All I gotta say is that got the job done with less than 10 hours to go, and their prices are pretty good. Not as good as Sir Speedy, but they were 2nd best compared to the 7 other printers in the Seattle area we called.... when the guy on the phone said he was from Chicago my bias kicked in and he got the job. Everything turned out great! Nice little store close to downtown bellevue! A few days ago, the Kinkos in Bellevue called to ask why we didn't go with them for our job... when I told him that Zebra quoted the job at 50% of their price they mentioned that they do price matches... to be honest, why would I go back to Kinkos and tell them someone else offered a better price to get a pricematch? I have never seen so many mistakes in one job and when I noticed them and mentioned that there was some errors in my job. the owner and his employes went out of there way to try to prove that it was my fault. I would give them more stars if I could! We used Zebra printing to help us print 500 client holiday cards and envelopes with printed addresses - they even stamped each envelope and only charged us for the actual price of the stamps and a VERY small postage application fee. It was amazing! I was very close to going with an online card printing service, before I became frustrated trying to format my cards and found Zebra Printing. I showed them the problem I was having and they told that they could absolutely help, as well as, print the cards in shop and for a cheaper price then those online companies. They were extremely patient as I gathered all of the information that I needed for printing, and communicating with Alina over email was great. She was very helpful and responsive. They had the cards printed and ready at lightning speed, even during the holiday week. I am thrilled how wonderfully the cards turned out and we will definitely be using them to print our cards and anything else we might need in the future.
