Shortly after the deck was completed, we had a torrential rainstorm. I looked under the deck - it was a dry as toast. The water just beads up - which means that the surface is hydrophobic and it should stay that way for decades to come. The steps are made of Trex and it has grooves that go cross wise. This makes it hard to slip on the stairs, but easy to clean them.

I have included pictures of 3 projects he has done for me. Project 1, he installed wall tiles, hardware, plumbing and a shower door. Project 2, installed wall tile and the plumbing for the Master bathroom soaker/tub. Projects 3, cut, sanded, stained, clear coated red oak 16ft hand rail for a 15 and 16 set of stairs. His accuracy, attention to details, use of advanced tools was demonstrated with identifying one of the walls of the guest bathroom was not straight/level and he made the appropriate modifications to fix the wall before he installed the wall tiles. He works very hard and cleans up when he finishes. You get a knowledgeable, quality mind and consciousness contractor that keeps his word and meets or exceeds your expectations.
