This is a review for installation from February 2025. We've had a few months to try it the gate so I could make an accurate review. I live in a community of 4 homes and our 20-year old residential gate was out of commission. I got several different quotes from vendors and Evergreen Electric was one of the more reasonable quotes. They also had reliable reviews. I was still a bit skeptical but upon meeting Din, he assured me that he and his team knew exactly the kind of gate motors we needed replaced and knew what to do. He suggested going with the commercial Liftmaster as a replacement to our old motor. He even cut us a pretty good deal for it as well. Din made himself available when a lot of my neighbors had concerns and even jumped in on last minute calls with questions from neighbors while he was on vacation. I appreciated the dedication and service he gave us and the gate is smooth! Very silent and I barely hear anything. One thing as a consumer though is I'd check directly with cellgate which is the company that operates remote control of the gate and WiFi services. Din mis-quoted us and it didn't match what cellgate said. It was a significant difference so I'm bringing this up. In hindsight I probably should've done my homework and checked myself instead of relying on someone else for a quote from another company. In any case, I would definitely hire them again. This review will be updated if we have any problems down the line and will need to call them to troubleshoot problems but so far so good!!! read more

I chose Evergreen after getting 2 other bids to replace the hardware, motor arms and electronics in October of 2024. The crew that came out were professional and did a great job. I had an issue 14 months later as my gate stopped working. I had forgotten the name of the company that installed it. I found a card from a different company thinking the had done the work. A guy came out and quoted me over $3000 to replace the motorized arms. I told him I would get back to him. Next day I found the invoice from Evergreen and made an appointment. The next day Din came out and found a bad connection from the power transformer to the mother board. Din fixed the problem in no time and did not charge me, as it turns out he lives 2 minutes from my house. I can't say enough about Evergreen Electric Gates, and especially to Din! This was a complex project as we don't have a good 4G signal around the gate and the cellular based system didn't work. Logan first started out with a Cellgate based cellular system and spent multiple weeks working with Cellgate to get it working including adding a long range antenna at no cost to us. When none of that worked, he went above and beyond to replace the callbox with an ethernet based system. My neighbor and I decided to install an automatic gate for our shared driveway. We got quotes from a few other companies, but Evergreen seemed to be the only one that truly specializes in electric gates. Neither of us knew much at all about automatic gates, but Dean did a great job explaining our options and helping us decide on the best one for our situation. We went with a solar-powered setup to avoid any hardwiring, and so far the gate is working according to plan. There were a couple of issues during installation that definitely caused some frustration for all involved, but Dean and the other guys working on it took care of any hiccups, and they did so quickly. One suggestion: Make sure they show you exactly where the main support posts are going to be placed right BEFORE they pour any concrete so you can be sure the gate is going where you want it to. Since this gate was being split between me and my neighbor, Dean essentially had to explain everything at least twice. He showed extraordinary patience and was extremely knowledgeable with our many questions. On top of everything, I wanted a very specific look for my gate that wasn't anything like your standard gate style. Dean took my description and was able to fabricate exactly what I was imagining. Throughout the entire process, Dean and the other guys at Evergreen were very responsive, flexible, and pleasant to deal with. This was the third gate/fencing company I called for a quote on an electric driveway gate and fence for my house, and I'm so glad that I waited and went with these guys!
