Ordered Zaxby's to get a Big Zax Snak Meal (Go Big) Large, with Large fries, extra seasoning, ranch & a sweet tea, to get a not very "large" Zax Snak with 3 partially rolled tenders, with no ranch sauce, got the "large" fry but the fries were cold & did not hardly have any seasoning on them, but especially not extra seasoning. we waited for over an hour. people who came in wayyyyy after us got their food first. a family of nine came in 40 minutes after and me and my TWO friends did not get our food. three separate orders and the food was cold when it came out. -10/10 it was really embarrassing. i feel bad. read more

I received a delicious salad. The quality was as good as I have ever had from this restaurant, however there was so little of it. I paid $8 for $4 worth of salad. I've had this salad almost weekly and it seems that each time there are fewer greens. It used to fill the big bowl. Last night I could see the bottom of the bowl on one side. read more

I use to love eating here but for the last 3 months.. It's been terrible. I was in drive thru and it took me 35 min before I could order!! The lines were in the road lined up and noone could really leave if they wanted to. I'm not ever going to wait that long. I even went back a few times and the same thing. Me and my dog, Gizmo, ate chicken fingers from Zaxbys and got horribly sick. I vomited everywhere and then couldn't get out of bed for three days. It's the worst I'd ever felt! My dad took me to the Dr. the second day and she agreed it was from something I ate. The only things I ate that day was a breakfast bar and eight hours later Zaxbys. I called the restuarant to report my illness and was told the district manager would be in touch with me in just a couple of hours. That was two days ago. I've called back again only to hear the same thing still no call. This chain is irresponsible and apparently could care less if people get sick from their food! My dog was even sick! read more

Worst take out experience ever. The new on-line ordering process is terrible. It was not made any easier by the Zaxby staff. We had ordered traditional wings in sweet honey mustard, and 3 blackened blues plus a Birthday Cake milkshake . The store never called (cell # required to place order) to say that there was a problem. When I arrived to pick-up, NOTHING had been started. The excuse was the wing sauce did not exist, so I picked one. They had already charged my credit card. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix the food. So, I waited the time, and go back in to pick-up the food. Counter staff brings over the bags, say here ya go, and walks away. Totally forgot the milkshake. Reminded him, and he brought it over. There was never a offer of compensation for the screw up, or delay. The food was okay, but this is not a way for me to be a repeat customer. We've eaten at this location several times, and it is always a good experience. The staff can be a little slow, but everyone is always nice. Our order is always correct, and the food is actually prepared much better than at most other locations. read more
