This Zaxby's was absolutely pathetic. I sat there for over 40 minutes waiting on food that should've taken 10. I even had to call them while sitting in the parking lot just to remind them I was still waiting -- ridiculous. When the food finally showed up, they managed to screw up my friend's order too. Then they told her she "couldn't" have extra fries and coleslaw together and tried to guilt trip her into thinking she ordered extra fries when she didn't. Don't focus on the drive-thru only just because it is wrapped around the bldg. we waited a good 20 mins and there was only one other couple who was sitting in there and they already received their food. There appeared to only be 2 people in the back while 3 were out front just chatting and doing drive thru. After going and asking about the food they claimed it was up in a minute. I really like Zaxby's chicken sandwiches. They are very big and tasty. Their waffle fries are something different. That is also very delicious. I think it is a good change up from KFC. The service is fast and efficient. it costs a little more but it's a lot better than the rest. read more

Place has went down since opening, hopefully it will recover, the Zax sauce is amazing and is the shining light in this restaurant. Terrible wings. Went through the drive through today, ordered 10 traditional wings and a garden salad. 14.99 wings and the salad was 7.99. The wi gs were tiny and emaciated. They must have been Sahara desert chickens who had ran themselves to death and their supplier scavenged them off the hot, desert floor. Asked for nuclear sauce and I've had katsup that was hotter. The young guy that took our order very obviously hated his job because he was very rude and pushy. He acted like it was getting on his nerves that my kids were being kids trying to decide on what they wanted. When he was initially walking up to get our order he looked right at me and grabbed and situated his private parts. Then when I thanked him for taking our order and he handed me receipt he took his fingers and shoved the receipt into my hand. The food was decent, portions very small especially for the price. Ordered a 10 piece chicken strip, white cheddar bites, and three cookies. 1) They pulled us forward even though we're the only ones in drive thru. 2) The drive thru girl gave us attitude for having to walk the food out. 3) Didn't give us the three cookies and over charged. Which is good because I decided to give Zaxby's one last try after the "poop" show you get an hour north at the Danville, Kentucky Zaxby's. Ok so. I ordered a 10 piece tender and a small fry with extra zaxbys sauce. The tenders looked more like nuggets, they were super tiny. My fries looked look like they were sitting in the sink, they were super moist. The extra sauce I ordered was not there. They did not give me my sauce. read more

It is Zaxby's, a good Zaxby's. Clean. Efficient. My chicken strips have always been hot. The drive through attendant is nice. It is not 5 star food but it is better than most chicken places. I'm happy that they are here and will continue to eat there when I visit Somerset. read more
