I should have looked here first and went to the one by 385. They don't even deserve the 1.8 stars they currently have. Worst damn location in the upstate, BY FAR and I've been to a plethora ALL over the Upstate being a daily delivery driver....that should SPEAK VOLUMES. read more

Ordered on the app at 1:14, the app estimated 7 minutes until it'd be ready. I left work and headed to the restaurant. I arrived around 1:25 and let them know that I had a mobile order. They informed me that my order was not yet ready, but it'd be ready by the time I get to the window. Not a problem, but then I ended up sitting in the drive through until 1:50 before I got to the window. Get to the window and the guy asks if I ordered a sweet tea and chicken fingers, which was not what I ordered. I had to explain that I had a mobile order. He walked away to look for it. Then, another worker came to the window and was asking me to tell them what I ordered. Again, I had to explain that I had a mobile order. She said it's not ready yet, so I must pull into a parking space and they'd bring it to me soon. I'm already very frustrated, but I parked. Another few minutes go by, so I gave up and went in. I explained to the workers that I need my food and the girl that told me to park said "Oh here's your food I just haven't brought it out yet". I received my food at 2:00, when I ordered at 1:14!! And that's all they had to say?? The guy at the register inside had nothing to say and shrugged at me when I explained that I waited over 45 minutes and that I spent my entire lunch break waiting on food. I wasn't the only one that waited that long either, the two cars behind me gave up and drove off. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. Food was not even worth the trouble. read more

FirstSORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW AS IT WAS WOODRUFF ROAD LOCATION THAT I REVIEWED AND SHOULD NOT BE UNDER THE BATESVILLE ROAD LOCATION the chicken was hot and delicious. However, had to wait in parking space for 20 minutes and they gave me the wrong sauce so I had to go inside, after all. They had at least 7 people working so that is t the issue for the delay. Maybe just poor management. The poor employee that runs food out has to go to every car when he comes out to see who gets what. Again, this is a management issue as there are numbered spaces to wait. They did throw in 4 chicken tenderz to compensate. read more

Zaxbys - Photo of order time and when I received food. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Simpsonville, South Carolina

Zaxbys is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant. I only get a few items from there but they definitely do it best. I lived in Easley's and grew up loving it after moving to five forks my favorite fast food restaurant was quickly turned into being disappointed at every turn. Wait time on food is great! One of the fastest to get your food out however it is never right, I always have to park and come in or just deal with it. Extremely let down by the employees as well, I get it, it is fast food but no need to be rude to me. You choose to work there. Everyone there is trying to get a paycheck and just go home. Still love zaxbys but will never recommend anyone go to this location. read more

We live very close, and really want to give them our business, but there is no leadership going on. It's fast food. Not that hard. Whoever owns this place needs to show up and work. Wrong orders, long waits, etc...I hate to give a bad review, but we will go to another Zaxby's. Sorry. read more

Ordered the #4 asked for no ranch and for zax sauce in place of the ranch didn't receive the sauce. Fries were completely unseasoned and as for the wings they were barley tossed in sauce. 0/5 stars is what they deserve. read more

We waited thirty minutes for our food, despite doing an online order and getting there when it said our food would be ready. After waiting so long, they got our food all wrong. read more

Do not eat here!! They will serve you raw chicken!!We placed an order with our office and when we went to pick it up the order was completely wrong. I asked for it to be fixed and they had an attitude about it but "fixed" it. It was still not right. One meal had 5 fries the other was supposed to have 6 boneless wings but had 3. One meal had a completely raw boneless wing on top of the whole meal. No sauce on it so it was obviously placed there on purpose. When we complained they were very rude. I had to leave work and go up there. The woman working was very rude and talking about me to another worker as I was standing there. We could have gotten very sick. My co worker is pregnant and it could be very serious if she ate that raw chicken. None of us will EVER eat there again. They had such bad attitudes about the whole thing and made us feel bad about asking for a refund. So disgusting. We had to order from chick fil a read more

First time ever at Zaxbys. I'm from out of state. I ordered a number 2. Avery gave me attitude. Didn't say thank you. Didn't give me a receipt. Didn't give me a utensil for the cole slaw which tasted rotten. Handed me my food and turned her back to me. So over this place. Guess this is my last time here, too! read more

got wing meal wings for hard so tiny had been fried a long time fries cold bread cold not edible

This was my second visit and it will be my last. The first time I assumed it was a fluke, but after today's sodium overload I think it's the norm. Makes you wonder what they are trying to hide or mask with that much sodium on everything. Hell, even the sauces were over the top. So much salt I had a headache before I left the restaurant. There are much better places available! read more

Never saw a fast food store which can't get an easy order correct. I had to go back twice, because they gave me something else than a bucket of celery, and also put an unknown dressing or spice on both of my chick finger plates, even I ordered and got "zacby sauce" on the side. Whatever that was, I don't take the chance to have a bad reaction to it. And I asked before, if the order is at least correct this time, but it definitely wasn't. This store is the worst store, management doesn't train people at all. Also, the communication system at drive through isn't working since 2017, that is the biggest issue. If they don't spend money in needed repairs, do they spend it in "correct and deep cleaning " ? I am not sure anymore and maybe that is why I had issues already few times after eating this stores fast-food. We should report and let government check if everything is ok. I am not going there anymore. To unsure if it follows the food industry's rules and regulations, if they cannot get a chicken finger plate right! Better think than experience otherwise! read more

Seems like lately every Zaxby's is cutting corners! Even though the voice thru the intercom at drive thru was friendly it wasn't enough to overcome the disappointing meal experience. I was asked to pull forward as they prepared a fresh order of fried pickles for me - there wasn't another vehicle behind me! Why pull forward? The fried pickles certainly lived up to the FRIED part as they were a brown oil slick - gross! The chicken tenders were as expected but the texas toast only had the briefest passing aquaintance with the grill resulting in basically being untoasted. And that must be some super expensive fry seasoning they use because only one of my fries actually had any! Come on Zaxby's... is this really your best effort??? Save money by ditching those stupid C list celebrity endorsements and put it into training and food standards for your employees. read more

If you aren't happy with this Zaxbys in Greenville Co. then you won't be happy with any of them. The service is usually fast and the workers are moving very quickly. read more

Zaxby's has some of my favorite fast food in town. I got their Nibber Meal which included 3 Nibblers, crinkle fries, ranch dipping sauce, and a drink. The chicken is always super crunchy and juicy. The bread is soft and the special sauce they put on the Nibblers is tangy and compliments the chicken. The seasoning they put on the fries is so delicious. The one issue which I have found to be true throughout the franchises is the lack of consistency. My order has been messed up numerous time and the wait is usually lengthy. They usually give us something free or extra because of the long wait. I recommend their Zalads. Love their food, lacking in consistency. read more

If you want to wait 40 minutes to get a salad I highly recommend this Zaxby's location.

If you want inconsistency this is the zaxbys for you. Under cooked fries or over cooked fries, you have about a 10 percent chance of getting good food here. The wings are always tiny and over cooked. Always nice when you ask a question at the drive thru and the girl answers with "Huh?" read more

I was bye yesterday stop at the drive through window to order food. When I got to the screen to order I was there for like five minutes. I had to say hello before they came on the speaker to take my order. When they answer a guy say go ahead with your order! I was like I did not even know you were there to take my order. Cause he should have came on the speaker to say welcome to zabys may I take your order! Not really a way to treat customers. Very rude and I feel like they don't want to be in business. I've been there servals times before then and was always had bad customer service experience. And now I want ever go back read more

Used to love it. Got 3 orders of wings & things take out. Got home and they were like grocery store wing bar wings. Broken bones, black under the skin, and a pasty, awful coating. Inedible, and that takes a lot for me to say. I went back to get my money back and the manager informed me that corporate switched from fresh to frozen wings. For $8 a plate? I wouldn't pay a dollar for the wings now. Saving money to pay for washed up celebs and Duck Dynasty? Heart broken, as this place used to be a family dinner treat. read more

I work close by so it's an easy stop when I want a salad I know it's going to be fresh and that's the only reason I continue to go. The cashiers are some of the rudest I've seen. I never ask for extra stuff or complicate my orders so why the attitude? I placed my order today and the girl said ok and didn't give me the total, I pull up to the window and she sticks out her hand. I ask for my total and she rolls her eyes and said idk hold on. That's unacceptable. I worked at Zaxbys for 4 years and know that sometimes you're just over it but it's not hard to not roll your eyes. read more

There is nothing worse than getting a zensational salad home only to discover there is no dressing. To make matters worse I tried to place and online order initially and got all the way through the entire process (credit card info and all) only to get a message saying that "this location is not currently accepting online orders." When I arrive to order my take out I asked the cashier about the online ordering and she was puzzled because they were currently processing 4 or 5 online orders. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that I didn't wait long for my food. However, I would have been happy to wait for a bit if it meant getting salad dressing. read more

With kids you know zaxbys well, great service, food is delicious

Hoping someday they actually hire cashiers who with care about their job. You could tell she could care less about being at work. Asked about using Samsung Pay and she said their machines don't accept it, it's only a chip...at least I assume that's what she said cause of the mumbling and never trying to make eye contact. Just hope my wings and things are better then her wonderful service and personality. read more

Just came back from Zaxby's again... we have eaten there quite a bit...but always seems to be a problem. Tonight we got wings to go, again, and I asked the server specifically if we had dressing and celery and she assured me we did. But again, after numerous times, we either are not getting celery or dressing. Don't understand, even after you question, why they still cannot get it right. That may be the last straw. II understand mistakes, but no every time. read more
