They have avocado, BLT chicken taco and the new flavor is the buffalo blue and of course the chipotle ranch chicken taco. This Zaxbys is one of the best I have eaten at! Fair review here it goes: First time eating at a zaxbys period. We ordered the chicken finger tenders meal. The chicken was smaller that expected wife bought the 4 piece and I the five. I swear the tenders all together equaled about one and a half pieces of chicken. The chicken is decent with flavor by itself , we tried several sauces none really impressive. The fries were way way to salty and overly seasoned . The coleslaw was fine. The most impressive thing was the cleanliness the seating area was well kept.meal was almost 50 bucks not worth it there's way better.options out there. read more

When I pulled into here for lunch, I found it to be very busy. I opted for the drive-thru and while there was a quite a few cars ahead of me, the line moved fast. The girl at the drive through window was wearing a mask and was friendly and my food was handed to me on a relatively short amount of time. I ordered their zalad (Zaxby's play on words for a salad) with grilled chicken. While I think the price point for a fast food salad is a bit high, nearly ten dollars for just their zalad, it was not bad. High prices for fast food is just not a Zaxby's problem, I think all the fast food restaurants are charging way too much for the quality and product they are offering. The salad was fine. I also like their tenders, but I am trying to eat a bit healthier on at least a few meals. All in all, if you are a fan of Zaxby's, this is a fine choice. read more

Me and my boyfriend went here to dine in and I can say I was very satisfied. The fries were well seasoned and the atmosphere of the place was relaxing and clean. They already put our food in to-go boxes so that was very convenient. And their sauce packets are bigger than normal so I don't have to use multiple. The customer service was excellent and we got our food immediately. The only complaint I have is I tried 4 different soft drinks and they all tasted funny, then I got sweet tea and it tasted fine. Portions are sizeable, but food is mediocre, and the counter service leaves much to be desired. The floors were dirty, as were our table and chairs, and the bathroom... ditto. Food. When you're on the road and craving a meal, and don't want a burger, I look for chicken. I generally look for Zaxby's first. I REALLY wish they had them closer to my area, but .. cest la vie. This location was closer to my destination, and so we pulled in and were promptly served. The food was quick and the service was courteous. Located on SR19 in Palatka, Florida, Zaxby's is across the road from the Palatka Mall and next door to Sonny's BBQ. They offer Dine-in, Take-out, Drive-thru and Catering from their all chicken (no beef or seafood) menu. Various items include Zappetizers, Zalads (My favorite is the Cobb (grilled chicken) "Zalad."), Meal Dealz (served with drink and crinkel fries), Wings & Fingerz, Zax Kidz Meals (under 10), and Beverages from the Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain machine that offer 100 selections. (From the modern computer menu touch screen it now takes several "buttons" just to get a "Coke.") The happy staff is very helpful and courteous with all the customer needs. read more

I've actually eaten there, my first Zaxby experience. It's pretty good. I'd call it high end fast food. Way better than typical ff, especially if you like chicken. No paper plates, real silverware, an actual decor. You still stand and order at a counter, carry your own tray, and bus your own table, but it's nicer. Being brand new, this one was spotlessly clean, staff was friendly, polite, and patient. Food (all we had was two different salads) was very good. A lot of fried offerings, but plenty of alernatives if you're not into fried. I guess all Zaxbys are the same, but for fast food, the menu shows some imagination. read more

Update: Although there has been a comment attached that I would be contacted by Zaxby's, I have NOT been contacted. Had I been contacted, I would have updated to that effect as well. Dishonesty is not a good business practice. Telling a displeased customer in a public forum that you will contact them (in order to make your business look better) and then not contacting them, really only has the effect of making your business look worse. Under this circumstance, I should be allowed a 0 star rating. They were out of coleslaw. They asked me to pull forward. They already had the people ahead of me pulled forward. I refused to pull forward. The lady working the window became angry with me and turned around to yell "She's not going to pull forward!" My food came out of the window before the people ahead of me got there food. They were still sitting there when I left. The food was extremely over cooked. Why did I need to pull up and wait if they had time to over cook the food? Within minutes of eating the food I was sick. My son didn't get sick so maybe it was just me. Overall, the service was awful and the food was about the same. I do have to say that normally the food and service both are ok. Today though, they were both definitely off. It will be quite some time before I visit again. I filled out the online customer satisfaction survey and I hope they call me back. With so few choices in Palatka, I'd much rather whatever is wrong at this location be fixed than see it decline and close. read more

My family and I have tried about everything on this menu by now. Nothing stands out as a bad experience. Other than the prices are a tad high for fast food, the flavor here is really good. I wish they had more items on their menu, or switch something up. They have been open for a few years now and haven't changed or added anything new since. Zaxbys in other locations at least change up the milkshake and dessert flavors once in a while. And offer a new sandwich here and there. read more
