No one ever answers the phone. And it always smells like dirty mop water. Yuck! Taking my business and money to better places.

Cold fries that were so old they werent edible. Chicken with 0 seasoning. Werent even busy at the time which is the sad part

Stopped here for lunch on our way home from the beach. The restrooms are really clean so that was a plus and the location is convenient. The staff I encountered were very friendly. Friday afternoon, one person counter and drive thru staff. I received someone else's salad , no dressing at all, wrong order of fingers. Absolutely no thank you. Told 50% more cost at window that previously at speaker. Maybe you should close window if Staff cannot appreciate that there is no need for them if there are no customers, which there soon may be if service is this poor. read more

The absolute worse wings I ever had. ordered through the drive through approximately 15 minutes after they opened. the wings were not freshly made, the skin completely dried out and hard and the meat dry as well. Usually Zaxby's is a dependable place to eat. Not in Ozark, AL. Did not listen to any request we made, just slap the order together and send us down the road. I can see when a restaurant is busy but they only had 1 other customer. Fries and chicken were cold and no salt/pepper or ketchup for our cold and tasteless fries. Avoid this place like the plague!! It looks like another good restaurant chain is lowering its standards and quality! read more

Ordered a 5 finger and got a 4 finger plate and fries has no seasoning, when i asked for my plate to be fixed the lady seemed put out and like it was a hassle to fix my plate. bread was burnt and drinks were flat as can be. This place has great food and fantastic service. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming. The establishment is always clean upon arriving. Though the food can get pricey, the quality makes it worth it! When I'm in Ozark, the local Zaxby's is one of my favorite places to eat!! read more
