When we got there, two lanes were operational. We picked the one on the right, which ended up being a mistake. The lane on the left had a person doing face to face outside and was quite speedy with her order. The right lane was using the drive thru speaker. We waited behind one car without moving while the lane on the left sent 7 cars through. Come to find out, the guy operating the speaker was not speaking as soon as you pulled up. He may be multitasking with drinks or doing something else, but it did make us take much longer than we had hoped. Cars that arrived 6 minutes after us who got in the left lane got through the line before us.

We were advised there were two lanes open but the wait in one line was ridiculous. It was like they forgot the speaker was there. It was so bad the car in front kid me drove out of the lane and left the restaurant. We sat for another six minutes, waiting for the food only to be told that we were still waiting for two items, one of which comes prepared, which makes no sense. It will be a long time before we come back to this restaurant.
