Food is always delicious also correct and great customer service! I would eat here everyday if I could.

I was served lukewarm tots from the drive thru, circled around and asked for them to be fresh (that was all that I ordered). The worker asked me to pull up and I refused since it was my 2nd trip to the store. The worker called the owner, put him on speaker phone and he told me "I get what I get when I order off the app." He asked me to pull up, I again refused and he asked me to leave his store. My reply was "forever." I pulled off. Funny how the game changed when you see how much the owners of these restaurants don't value you at all. All I wanted was hot tots. read more

The cashier kept me waiting at the window longer than needed. She was ignoring me for up to 15 minutes. I will not recommend going to the sonics on north rd. I usually don't go off of other people's opinions about something or somewhere, but this one was different.From the reviews it shows that this business is no good, but from my Point of View it wasn't as bad as people are making it out to be. I ordered the large Chilli Cheese Fries and a Blue Raspberry Slushie with Nerd's. They did forget to put Nerd's in it but I will live. The Chilli Cheese Fries were not as bad as I thought it would be. Overall 8/10. read more

Avoid this place at all cost! The service is terrible. Waited in the pick up area for over 15 minutes and then was treated like shit inside the store by their manager. Food was not even correct the second time they screwed it up. This place needs new employees & new management! read more

I don't think I'll stop there again. Kinda run down looking. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and it just made it over the borderline of being cooked enough and my tater tots were greasy (change the oil, please), and it had a hair in it. I say big turn-off, how about you? read more

Even though this is supposed to be Sonic's turn around store of the year, they still have work to do. The food was undercooked & had a funky taste to it, though the service was relatively fast and polite. The best thing about this location might be the milkshakes or the 24 hour drive thru but thats about it. read more

Three of the last 4 times I ordered there, my order has been wrong. The orders have ranged from simple drink orders to breakfast value meals. I went back and spoke to the manager on one occurrence. The manager did make the order right and was nice enough to throw in a free milk shake but the next time through the drive thru, my order was wrong again. Management is nice every time I talk to them, but I wish the business could just get my order right consistently. read more
