False advertising! They have displayed on one of the tv's inside an "all day" menu. They do not in fact abide by this all day menu. They are lazy and refuse to do the work they signed up for. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Side door was locked, no one ever came to take our order in the drive through so we had to go in. We also waited 30 minutes for our food. They also made the food incorrectly after telling them 3 times loud and clear. They just handed us two cokes without us even telling them what we wanted which was probably good because half the drinks in the soda machine were out so that makes me think that they don't maintain it. I didn't even use the bathroom because of how nasty and horrendous the toilet handle was. They also have milkshakes on the menu but no machine so you can't even get them. Never going back. read more

I just waited for nearly 30 min on one order. I couldn't even stay for a refund as my kid was screaming and even that was taking a ridiculous time. two cars ahead were so frustrated, one got out to go inside and the other moved so I could leave. This is the worst BK in Orangeburg SC The employee are always on their phone while taking your order and getting it wrong and get upset with you because they got the order wrong WHILE TALKING ON THEIR PHONE. Now for the last 2 week that I have stop by with my kids after school to have a meal the restaurant is open but they say that you have to go through the drive thru to place an order. While they are inside BS around. The minimal wait time in this drive thru is 15-30 min. EVEN IF YOU ARE THE ONLY CAR IN LINE. This is ridiculous and they act as if they don't give a DAM so I will be keeping $$$. read more

This was my first burnger king whomper experience. The whomper took me by surprise! The bun was more substantial than anticipated. Overall I would say that the ingredients were fresh. Horrible Customer Service. Door blocked off from entering through shell, 3 employees sitting down, doing nothing, when asked if I could get some ice, was told no, lobby closed. I see why it's closed and no one was there, with customer service like that, you will be closing the doors soon..Train your employees to know they are in the customer service business and things may be better for this location...won't ever be back that's for sure! read more

Very friendly staff here. Fast food right off the interstate isn't typically fun, but these folks were friendly and efficient. Their credit card processing system was down, but they were apologetic and just rolled with it. Before we left, while I was waiting for my daughter to use the restroom, an employee struck up the friendliest conversation with me. As I've said in other reviews, this shouldn't be surprising, but it's more rare than it should be, so I have to give them some props for this. It's really nice to stop on a road trip and have someone make you smile with a random friendly encounter. read more

Well, off their game doesn't adequately describe the staff. None interested is one way to describe their attention to the customer...and it wasn't busy! Fancy coke machine ...out of all coke drinks. No salt packets. Bathroom out of toilet paper and paper towels. I know this is fast food so I don't expect fabulous food, but is a coke, some salt for my fries and toilet paper really too much to ask for???? Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and to use the restroom before we hit the road again. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like sewage waste. When we ordered the woman upfront was nice. When we were ordering the phone rang several times before anyone picked it up and when someone finally did it was a cook who was still wearing the same gloves he was wearing when he made our sandwiches. He then hung up the phone and went back to making sandwiches with the same gloves while proceeding to touch his face. We then saw him outside as we were leaving the building taking out the trash with the same gloves on. read more

This used to be a regular stop going N-S, afraid it will no longer be. Shoes stuck to floor walking in (dirty) Staff was nice. Our burgers were lukewarm and had more mayo on them than lett/tom. Fries were warmer than burgers. No one in there but us should have been a clue. read more
