Restaurant was nasty , soda machine was really gross and most of the choices were out of syrup. There was a roach crawling on the counter when we ordered our food . Husband won't ever eat there again. Food wasn't bad again it's a chain restaurant so it is what it is . It's a good spot right along I-20. Me and my family stopped by after heading from Augusta to Atlanta. It's a typical Zaxbys. Clean, fast and friendly. Gotta love a chain coming out of Athens Ga. pretty cool back story I recommend checking out. I won't go into here. (Also check out Mellow Mushroom) I gave this particular four stars because I really wish they had a wrap option. It seems like everything is on a sandwich. I love Zaxby's and wanted do eat it one more time before I moved to Texas. My son and I always get their chicken nibblers with no Zax sauce but add lettuce. The lettuce is an extra charge but I am totally fine with it until this visit. They might as well not even put any lettuce on the sandwich. They forgot my daughters sauce for her chicken tenders and only had 5 fries in my sons kids meal. I paid good money to eat here and wanted to at least get my monies worth. Hopefully next time when I travel and stop by a Zaxby's they will get my order right and not be stingy. read more

I wouldn't even give this location one star. As with every other fast food place in Madison Ga with the exception of the one and only Chic Fil A. This location has the most HORRIFIC customer service as well as uncordial behavior to certain co-workers. I witnessed 2 grown women screaming at a young man for only one reason and that was because he was only trying to help something that they weren't doing. My $65 dollar order stayed on the counter and was ICE COLD when I brought it home b/c the lady in the drive thru was yelling at the young man that it wasn't my order. I was originally going to pick this order up in drive thru but after waiting 20 minutes I decided to come inside. For a location to be in such a nice area you surely are hiring the wrong staff. I feel terrible for the young man, on one should be treated like this, just because you "SCREAM" at everyone when you are not at work in your own home/community ECT, don't think it's okay to speak to others or other peoples children like this when they are working with you. It's a shame that nice chain restaurants are degraded by low class employees. I will not be returning to this location again, I will continue to enjoy EVERY experience at Chic Fil A and recommend that maybe employees are REQUIRED to have home training before they can go in the public and convince someone else they can offer hospitality to the public. read more

NPWH = Nice People Work Here This weekend I decided to pack it up and head for the coast. Rami and I were driving through on our way to Savannah (via I-20 plus a few back roads to see the countryside) and I stopped here on the way to Chick-fil-A (no offense, but I've got CFA all over Atlanta, but just a few Zaxby's). Always delicious and this location was no exception. The staff was very nice and even though it felt more slowly paced than the ATL, our order was actually prepared pretty quickly. read more

This Zaxby's has spotty service and many times the employees are rude. If you use their drive thru service, check your order because they are known for being inaccurate. I would not recommend this location if you are in a hurry. The wait time to get your food can be very long for a fast food restaurant (20-25 min)! read more

Ok, so the Zaxby's by my house near the airport in Atlanta has seriously fell off. It was nice to have hot, fresh, delicious Zaxby's back and this location gave it to me. I noticed that they received a 99 for their overall score, they lost points due to some temperature issues but the food was very hot and fresh. One of the worst Zaxby's establishments that I've been to. The food was cold, the sandwich that is usually cut in half wasn't, and our Pepsi we ordered tasted as if someone put soap in it!!! This one restaurant won't stop me from eating at Zaxby's again, but I hope I won't receive the same service again. read more
