I would like to give them zero stars. The drive-thru line was a mile long for starters. I walked in and there are only two booths being occupied and one person at the register starting their order. I walked up to the register next and 5... 10 mins go by and none of the ladies behind the counter even looked at me. The gentleman beside me who was waiting on his order kept looking back and forth between the ladies and they couldn't even acknowledge him. I talked to his wife on my way out and she said they had been waiting for close to 20 minutes which I know doesn't seem like a long time but for a fast food place; that's a long time. I finally decided not to wait any longer and just left. If you're a worker and there is a hold up; at least acknowledge that there is a line and people are patiently waiting to order. Quite possibly the worst run restaurant I have ever interacted with. We're going on nearly a month now and cannot get a refund from an order placed online but turned out the store was not accepting orders that day. Why was I able to place an order at a store that's not accepting orders in the first place?? I've tried calling customer service 3 times now to now avail, tried going back to the restaurant twice, but the doors are always locked. Why are you not able to go inside yet I can clearly see people sitting inside eating, are these friends and family of the staff? Kinda shady. You can order curbside but the doors are locked so the staff has to come unlock the doors to let you in only to stare at you while you wait 45 min inside because they will not interact with you. One time we ordered food from here on the app and paid ahead but the cashier still charged us for food at the window once we got to the restaurant. Turns out the charge was for the car behind us and the worker said it was our fault because we didn't tell her again that we paid ahead on the app. So we blessed someone that night thanks to the workers incompetence. Another time we ordered the car side option and I waited for over 20 min in the one car side spot only to go inside and see what was going on. The workers said the app doesn't notify them when someone is there so my food was on the counter getting cold while they could clearly see me parked in the car side spot the whole time and didn't bother to come tell me or ask if I had an order. I don't know how Zaxby's allows one of their stores to be run like this, it has certainly tainted my perception of the brand as a whole. Too bad you can't give negative stars on this app. read more

Possibly the worst fast food service I've ever experienced! A couple of months ago, I waited right at 50 minutes in the drive thru to receive my order. I had already paid so I wasn't leaving until I had it. Tonight I decided to see if the service is better inside. It's not! I watched them take an order and make sure that each one was completed before allowing the next person to even order. While my inside order did come out faster than the drive thru (basically empty inside the restaurant), the food was not even warm. I was also missing a fork to eat. When I asked for salt and ketchup I was told that they were out. I'm just wondering if there was some in the back. If there was, the employee made no effort to find out. I am so addicted to the Zax sauce! I eat it on my fries instead of ketchup the chicken fingers are awesome, closest around to it is hardees. But these are the original bomb. the house Zalad is also amazing, grilled or fried doesnt matter it is a great salad. i tried the fried pickles today and have to say i was not impressed. the batter on them is a cornmeal batter and it gives the pickles a bitter taste. when we order wings I get tongue torched, and then at home add more hot sauce. i use my own ranch dipping dressing. we often get these on a friday night and have appetizers for dinner. so this helps to eaze dinner cooking for me. the quality of the pickle is also bland, a dill pickle should be tart.
