Staff is very kind but that's about all this place has going for it (still earns it 2 stars!). The main reasons for -3 stars: 1. The bathrooms were dirty and out of soap - I think I could have handled the uncleanliness if there was at least soap stocked in the dispenser. One of the two paper towel dispensers were also empty. They have about 8 employees behind the counter, 2 on break eating dinner, and the bathrooms are dirty and not stocked. 2. Drink dispenser is dirty and not very responsive. Took me about 2 minutes to get my drink selected and dispensed. Should not have taken longer than 10 seconds. 3. I ordered way ahead of time for a 5:30 pickup. It is 5:51 and I still have not received the food. Nor has anyone taken responsibility. Whenever I ask if my order is ready yet, all I get is "it's being made." I love Zaxby's everywhere we go but this location has gone downhill big time. Each time we come my daughter watches everyone before her taken care of and she waits. It's a simple chicken sandwich & many tines her same sandwich is given to another person. Our last trip they gave her no honey mustard sauce & after waiting 15 min she took what she got and left. When we got home it was too late to go back. The fries are the best part of Zaxby's...this location has yet to put seasoning on their fries. We usually wind up throwing salt on it at home. Well my first time here was really good. But i came here last week with my boyfriend and his chicken fingers werent even warm so he had to get them to remake them. We came here again tonight. Fyi dont get the new spicy honey bbq sauce they are advertising. Its not that good. I got boneless wings with the new sauce. The wings were so small and looked super crunchy. Well i ate one and it was so hard it hurt to chew it. Well i asked them to remake it. And they looked a lil different. But when i ate it, it wasnt any different. And i have had the boneless wings at lots of zaxbys. They never looked like this. I just ate it cause i was tired and hungry. Side note my boyfriends chicken fingers with sauce were good. Portion was so small. No fork, asked for ketchup and didn't get any. They have also forgotten my coleslaw before. Just not happy with this place anymore. For the price I expect better. read more

This place is so popular. The drive is jammed with cats but the service is fast and the chicken is pretty darn good, not crazy about their sauces but otherwise it's a good fast food joint, and the staff is friendly, especially a young cashier by the name of Genisis.. read more

Food was delicious. Service however, was terrible. 3 out of 4 meals were wrong, and the large order of fried pickles was minuscule at about 17 pickles. It took a while to get our meals, and to have them wrong was disappointing. read more

My daughter and I came here for dinner. Kids meal and fingers. Why did it take 17 minutes to get my food?? They were calling orders placed after mine. RIDICULOUS ... this chain has gone to far. The new price structure is overpriced and under served. The audacity to charge $11 for chicken tenders and fries... you are not a mid range restaurant. Not the first time I have been dissapointed. I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a traditional wing meal. All flats. Extra crispy. The order was repeated to me, I okayed it and then waited.... and did not recieve what I ordered. There was no toast with my meal, I had drums, and both the chicken and fries were soggy. I waited about 10 minutes to have my order taken while 5 or 6 employees all stood around and chatted. Then an employee finally noticed me and the girl who he told to take my order rolled her eyes and walked over like she had a million better things to be doing. She was rude and very snappy . The drink machine was all out of syrup or the drink all together, and my Texas toast wasn't even toast it was just a floppy piece of bread. The chicken pieces were the same size as my fries. Typically never had a problem with zaxby's food, but after last night never going again. I ordered the traditional wings meal and my brother ordered a cajun club meal and I hate to say but they were both just horrible. He bit into his sandwich and said that it tasted weird and then saw that the chicken was pink inside. When I looked at my wings, it didn't really even look that good to begin with, but I thought I'd give it a try so I took a bite of my wings and not only was it pink to the bone inside as well, it also looked like whoever made clearly didn't give a crap because there was barely any of the hot sauce that I ordered on it. Just the taste in general was not good and it did not taste fresh at all. It tasted like old chicken as if it's been sitting out for a while. Now my brother has always gotten a cajun club sandwich and has never had an issue but after yesterday, he's pretty shocked at how one of his favorite sandwiches came out and now he says he won't order from here again. Hate saying this because we've never had a problem with zaxby's food, but this pretty disappointing and disgusting. Hope we don't get food poisoning from pink chicken. read more
