Last time I ate there,the wing's served to me was old reheated mummified and tough. It's sad how quickly a restaurant has gone down hill. When it first opened it was absolutely great. With time like other places that start up, they start out as a great performer. Need to start hiring experienced people until you get enough good people to properly train new hires. And demand excellence and great performers for a better overall experience for customers. And enscentavise rewards for great employees who go above and beyond their duty. read more

This Zaxby's has some negative reviews and we almost didn't stop here because of them. I really like Zaxby's, but I've been to a few terrible ones. However, this one was great! the staff was friend, the service was quick, and the food was very hot. I'm glad we stopped at this location that seems to be in an up and coming location! read more

We've eaten at several Zaxby's over the last few years and they've gotten pretty pitiful with their serving size. We ordered the last few times and made it all the way through the ordering process and then were told they were out of Zaxby's sauce. Seems like that would be something you would let people know right upfront. read more

This was the worst Zaxby's I've ever had lunch. My hubby & I are out of town attending a Harley- Davidson rally in nearby Cookeville. We had lunch while waiting on our hotel room. If there is a nearby Zaxby's, that is always our first choice. We had the Big Zac Snack meal & the chicken was great, but the fries were so bland & only room temperature. There was none of the famous seasoning on them & they must have been sitting somewhere for too long. They did not taste fresh or hot. After two, I was done! Went by the other night,zaxbys is very high in standards on their cleanliness food prep,freshness i used to be a mgr in lebanon. They were really good and continue to be. But this one, i ask for a little extra season salt on my ff. When i got home they had put so much on it i couldnt eat it. Smart.... move. Im sure they were like yeah well give her extra salt.. not only had they way over did salt there was so much grissel in that chicken it was terrible. Either the lid came off on salt or they just did it on purpose. The ff were totally limp and cold even driving down rd bout mile from there they were already cold. They have strict guide lines on how long it can sit . The food. Well they are not adhering to this standard either. Should have been completly fresh 3 cars in front of me. The ketchup packets were stuck together from other ketcup packets that had busted. Gross. 2nd time for that. I generally really like a zaxbys but this one must be short on sauce. My boneless wings were like dry nuggets here and they weren't even warm. The bread was soggy. It's almost like the entire meal was from the day before and they kept it until noon to give to us. Overall unpleasant experience. read more

I have eaten at Zaxby's several times near our home in Florida and they are among the best of fast food restaurants. The Crossville location was no different. We ordered our food through the drive thru and unlike other fast food establishments it was 100% correct. The service was fast as well. The food tasted fine even after our 10 minute drive home. Will definitely be back again for a snack! read more

Zaxby's in Crossville is hit or miss with food and service. Sometimes you get a decent salad while other times it looks like they just threw stuff in a bowl. The service is sketchy at best. The employees look like they haven't showered in days or washed their nasty uniforms and could benefit from customer service training. read more

Wow! Excellent customer service! I was in line behind a very elderly woman who was ordering a salad. She was very excited about the (NASCAR race, I think?) that was about to start and was concerned that she was missing it. The cashier pulled it up on his cell for her. It obviously absolutely MADE her day! Zaxby's chicken is delicious across the board, and this location is no exception. That doesn't usually warrant a review from me, but I do want to give special attention to a location that cares about its patrons this much! read more

Never been here before. Food is hot, fresh and tasty. It's reasonably priced but they need to work on their customer service. Love it!!!! Clean friendly fast even when the line for the drive thru us around the building out the parking lot and down the road. I was in line down the road the inside was just as full and out the door. Eating inside was standing room only. As stated I was in the drive thru down the road and I had many food in 20 mins flat! I've waited longer than that a mcdonalds and be the only car in the drive thru!!! Well done Zaxbys!!! Oh and the food was great. Manager (GM?) here is very unprofessional. She belittles her employees in front of other employees/customers. On Feb. 21, 2019, she had come in from outside (during lunch, approx. 11:40am) and insisted, to a particular employee, that she made food for an online order that the employee could not find. Instead of making more food, she proceeded to argue with the employee, thus prolonging the online pick-up order from being finished and given to that costumer. read more

This is the best place in crossville to eat in my opinion. Food is always fresh and served as quick as possible.

I hadn't been back to Zaxby's in a long time because of the bland fries they serve, but my two teenagers were hungry and it was the one place we hadn't tried lately. I ordered 3 big zax Snack meals with cherry fanta drinks and one birthday cake milkshake for my daughter at the drive thru. Price $23.33. Ordering was easy. The wait was okay. Milkshake was awesome and my daughter finished it by the time we got home. The cherry fantas were wonderful too. Loved the drinks, but we really go to restaurants for the food. Opening the trays at home, we had fun competing for who got the smallest chicken strips. Yes they were tiny. The piece of toast completely hid them from view. My son won that game. Yes the fries are still bland. The one thing Zaxby's could do to stand out from other fast food is to SEASON their fries. At one time they were outstanding ...but someone stopped them from putting the seasoning on the fries. We had to smother them in ketchup because they are bland and tasteless on their own. The chicken was barely there at all. Wasted no time wolfing it down. You would think a chicken place would give you ......well ........chicken in a generous portion. But no. i am outraged by this utter disappointment. i had the worst experience here. they served me trash from the dumpster. and apparently they don't have wings n things done for 12 minutes. they made us wait for 12 minutes at the drivethru. and get this; they wouldn't let me dumpster dive. they told us no dogs in this establishment and pointed towards me. i will n e v e r eat here again (until next sunday.) read more
