Every single time we come to this location, something is missing or wrong. Salads without chicken, chicken without sauce, or items just not there. I've been standing here now for about 20 minutes waiting on food and when I asked about it, was told that it was "accidentally" bumped off of the screen. There have been multiple people walking in from the drive through with incorrect orders as well. This place is run by nothing but teenagers and another girl with purple hair (nothing wrong with that, just a a description of her), that's been walking around slamming things on the counter. I really like Zaxby's food, but this location has gone so far down hill, I don't know if there's any coming back up. The fried white cheddar bites have gotten worse over the years, cold, tiny scraps tough cheddar. I was hopeful to try the boneless wings today, never again will I eat at this restaurant, the "wings" were tiny pieces of left over chicken that was probably battered 4 or 5 times as the shell of the fried wings were thicker than the actual chicken. I got the BBQ sauce with it, imagine if you took a bottle of BBQ sauce from the grocery store and drenched the skimpy "wings" and the bottom of the plastic takeout container. read more

I wish I didn't have to give this place even one star. Their terrible customer service predates COVID. They have very long drive-thru lines every day. So they aren't hurting for money. They need to hire more people to speed up the drive thru during lunchtime. They also need at least two people at the counter, preferably one that knows what he/she is doing. The one person there now has no idea how to handle managing the counter. They really need to get their act together. read more

Sunday, January 22, 2023 yup just yesterday. I was 3rd in line 40 minutes later, I was committed so stayed in that line. Get to speaker to place order, crickets, not even I'll be right with you, 3 minutes later can I take your order from a very unhappy teammate. I place my order, look back line wrapped around building. I ordered a soft drink light ice, a chicken sandwich meal NO SAUCE "how simple" the very unhappy young man hands me a drink half full. I hand it back and ask for him to fill it up. Unhappy man hands me the food no smile, no comeback and see us, no, I'm so sorry for you extraordinary wait, and not even a goodbye. the order is completely wrong, I go inside to return and again waited. A very nice young man smiled and refunded me my money. I could tell he was quitting his job the minute his shift was over, unless he quit after I left that's a huge possibility. Get a manager, train your team, put a pleasant employee to take the drive-through orders, and please get these young people some help, a professional manager, and make their environment more pleasurable to work in. A very large man was in the back yelling at the young people, I don't know why they would ever show up to work there! When your restaurant closes down you'll know why. I literally just wasted $30 on a family 30 boneless wings meal. I should have known when I realized they only have a 91 sanitation score. The wings were flavorless and nothing more than breading with a little chicken. Fries were limp and Texas toast was soggy. We threw away more than we ate. Went in tonight about 8 to place a to go order. We were the only ones walking in at the time and it took a while to for anyone to even greet us even though we made eye contact with 2 employees as we walked in. The girl helping us up asked us if this was for here or to go and when we said to go she rolled her eyes. Then slams each drink cup, as we order them, on the counter. Of course we needed 3 sweet teas and they were out on the floor, again we are the only ones in the restaurant, and when we took the cups to her to fill, again rolled her eyes. So when we get home to eat, we tried our salad first, and it tasted like cigarette smoke. How can a salad taste like cigarette smoke?? Had to throw it out. Thank goodness the rest of the food was good. But because of the attitude we got and the disgusting salad we will NOT be back to this Zaxby's. This place is right down the street from my office so its convenient to just pop in through the drive through real quick. Staff is always friendly. I always get the house grilled chicken salad with lite ranch dressing its one of the lowest calorie meals there. Its an okay salad not super fresh but for $7 you get what you pay for. They have great ice tea! I did get the fried chicken sandwich once because I was hung-over and in need of some grease that was pretty good but a lot of calories. For a quick bite to eat and trying to keep it healthier than grabbing McDonalds id say go for it but don't expect to be wowed take it for what its worth. read more

The restaurants online ordering app is one of the better ones out there but their curbside pickup, making you go through the drive-thru where others are just placing orders, is one of the worst out there. Ordering from home, paying in advance, then arriving at the location and sitting in line of 20 cars is not what I consider curbside pickup. The drive through service is fairly quick, and easy to get in and out. The inside is not the cleanest, but the food is always good!

Where is the management at this store? Do these ratings just go into the ozone, because it appears mngt just doesn't care. Four times we have come during late afternoon/evening in the past 2 months. Teens "working" are typically joking around, don't pay attention while we stood in front of check out counter for several minutes. Then, "Oh, were you helped already?" Really? Someone should be assigned to stand at register if they can't pay attention. Zensation is advertised on tv so we called to ask if they had it. The employee on phone said they would have it in a couple days. We went in and got one and it was different than every other year's we have had. We called ahead the next visit to see if they had it and the employee said they were out of the asian slaw. The following week arrived in person and ordered asian salad and they said they were out of every salad. We are done with this particular restaurant. read more

This is a example of some of the worst service I've ever had to deal with, for one they forgot my friends food even after going over the order multiple times, the drive through attendant was very careless and did not seem to care about the food that we recived, they made us wait for over 10 min to get our food which we found was either not prepared properly or just had a horriable taste.
