9-February-2025 Today was my first visit to Zaby's on Rome Highway. I used my app to place my order for pick up. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:30pm, walked in, checked to see my name on the bag, and picked up my oder. I was then approached by a young female employee who detained me until I showed her my app confirmation on my phone for the order. I was in shock! This has never happened to me for an online order. I told her my phone was in the car but was happy to show her my drivers license, which I did. Now, I must admit, I was frustrated and a little short with her because this receipt checking crap really gets to me. While most people just give up their rights and adhere to this non-sense, it is a violation of ones liberty and freedom unless you are suspected and accused of a crime. Walmart has been sued over this practice hundreds of times. When the young lady said my drivers license wasn't good enough, I then got mad. While I didn't cuss or raise my voice, I told her that I was leaving and if she needed my receipt that bad she could follow me to my car. I calmly and slowly walked to my vehicle and purposely took my time entering. Lo and behold, I looked in my rearview and out comes a different young lady with a red iPhone in hand. She was video taping my license plate and me. She walked up to my door pushing her phone close to my face demanding I show her my receipt. At this point, I'm furious. I told her she was violating my rights and unless she was accusing me of a crime and calling the police I was leaving. I told her about Terry v. Ohio and the Supreme Court decision of 1967, I told her that she could get sued if she continued this practice. I then showed her my app confirmation and she told me if I did this again she would bar me from the store. I was now visibly angry and trembling on the inside as I calmly drove away. When I got home I immediately logged on the Zaxbys.com looking for a contact phone number. I did speak with customer service and explained what happened. Of course, they were polite and apologetic and promised to keep me informed on their "investigation". Time will tell. I can promise this to Zaxby's. I will never eat at your restaurant again. There are too many other options and this one event has ended thought of ever eating there again. All of this over an $11 sandwich meal. Unbelievable! This simple fact that I've taken time to post this, something I've never done before, should tell you how infuriating this event was today. read more

This Zaxbys has very disrespectful workers they do not respect their elders at all my grandmother asked for a cup of ice and the workers didn't want to give it and when they did they dropped it and laughed in her face.the food is always on point until workers have an attitude.the language is okay but the tone isn't at all and the workers at in the back cussing and it isn't work appropriate at all. read more

No salads when we stopped by. If you are going to make salads your main dish, don't run out.

So great I don't know how it's rated as low as it is with how good the food always is every time I go to a family member's house who lives an hour away we always come here on the way back I need one of these in my hometown read more

This is the second time I've ate the Cedartown Zaxby's and I do not understand how you give someone wings not covered in sauce 2st if I wanted dry wings I would've asked for dry wings I wanted teriyaki wings and it looks like you drizzle teriyaki on the top of my wings read more

Very angry. You have an hour before you close and I buy two plates 18.00 total. Who throws out the unsweet tea early. I don't drunk sweet drinks at all. Are you kidding me. And the guy at the counter didn't know what to do about it. Not happy!!! read more

managers were being loud and rude n the middle of the restaurant on sunday and made one of the younger employees cry. We left after that and don't plan on coming back. the bosses seem to treat these KIDS horribly. Someone needs to sort this place out. read more

Normal, good quality Zaxbys, but for some reason they have something against giving out Zax sauce. Even if you pay for it. So when you go through the drive through, be SURE to check your bag when they literally throw it in your window. I don't know if they tell them to purposefully not put it in the bag, but almost every time I come I am missing at least 1 sauce I requested, and most the time paid extra for. read more
