Last week I was at this Taco Bell and as soon as I got to the speaker to order at the drive through I was told to wait. I waited and waited. While waiting I was on the phone and was saying how every time I come through here to get lunch for my client I have to wait. I'm a caregiver. A guy comes on the speaker and asks me what did I say. I say that I haven't ordered anything yet. He then goes on to say that he heard me say that I have to wait and that was rude and disrespectful to them. I responded that I have not said anything to him. He then goes on to say that he is refusing to serve me. I pulled up to the window and he goes on about how I don't know what the workers are going through and that they have problems. I asked for the number to corporate. He said google it. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone said that they didn't have corporate and directed me to call another Taco Bell in another state. She did say that they would serve me if I come inside. When inside the person who took my order apologized for the guy at the window. Then the guy at the window apologized saying that he was mad because a previous order was messed up. I told him that this was a place of business. After leaving I called the 1800-Taco Bell and gave a report requesting that they contact me. I received a email acknowledging that I made the report. But so far I haven't heard anything from them. read more

I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup at 6:24 PM, thinking it would be quicker than delivery -- big mistake. When I arrived, I politely let the cashier know I was there for my order. He told me it hadn't shown up yet and was "still processing." Fine, I thought -- I'll wait a few minutes. But those few minutes turned into 35, and that's when I was told, "Oops, we forgot." Seriously? After nearly forty-five minutes of waiting, my single taco finally appeared. What on earth takes 45 minutes to make one taco? This experience was beyond disappointing -- it was chaotic, careless, and completely unprofessional. There's no excuse for "forgetting" an order, especially when it's already marked complete in the app. I left frustrated, confused, and honestly shocked at how disorganized this location is. Do better. But don't worry -- I will not provide Taco Bell with any opportunity to fail me again. read more

Food is always good, perfectly flavorful and cheesy. The employees here are the cream of the crop. I can't brag enough on how personable and kind the drive through employees are. They care so much about their customers. It always makes my day seeing them! I come here almost every night , ordering online, and have not had a bad experience. I love the new remodel. It's always clean inside when I have been, the music choices are nice, and the food is hot every time. read more

This is byyyyyy far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my 23 years of life especially at night expect to pull up and no one answer the speaker for 5+ minutes even tho when you pulled in you see them in the store and on top of that don't expect you're food to be right read more

Once again Taco Bell is closed. Like I don't know what's going on. There is no staff because they are all out sick or they all quit because the owners treat them like trash. It has to stop. If they can't be open when they say they will be open then maybe they should give up. At the very least make sure their street sign does not say drive through open when the store is closed. read more

This is the taco I was given today in this exact condition. I was offered no replacement and was basically told too bad. They failed to give me a receipt as well so they said I had no proof. Very disappointed in this...Normally I receive great service, but I'm not happy about this poor excuse for food. read more

My boyfriend and I hadn't eaten there in a long time. He went to get our food and ordered 4 soft taco supremes and 4 bean burritos. When he got home he had the 4 soft tacos and only 1 burrito. He called and they said to come back for the burritos. He did and they gave him 3 soft tacos. I called and was told if we didn't come back right then they couldn't help me and the manager hung up on me. If I could give them a half star I would. i am going to call corporate. read more

I ordered 2 Chalupas Spr and 1 Crunchy Taco with no beef, substitute beef to beans and the cashier, Elisabet L, puts that on the receipt. I came home to find that there was beef instead of beans in that taco and I'm a vegetarian for religious reasons and if I had not checked that there was beef in that taco I probably would have vomited profusely and gotten severely sick (since I have never eaten meat in my life). I go back to get a refund and the manager, Heather Wilkens, doesn't give me the whole amount I paid for the food! She gives me the pre-tax amount, $6.37, instead of the total amount, $6.82. Poor management and poor training of the staff. read more
