I…read moreusually come down Rome Highway on my way down from Nashville, and always pass, so recently the craving for some nuggets and a milkshake hit and I swung by. I popped in the drive thru and was promptly greeted for my order. Took less than 1 minute, order confirmed, payment taken and all things the staff members pleasure. I pulled up the doors, and again was greeted by friendly staff who had my order ready almost instantaneously. The drive thru was fairly clear, clean and ran smooth. From pulling in to driving out with the goods, I was there less than four minutes. The nuggets were hot and crispy, and that milkshake hit the spot! Both were as expected and just what I was after. Overall, solid CFA in a convenient location for those cruising up or down Rome Highway!

My wife left me at the curb, I went in and purchased what I needed, ran back to the car and we left as we were late to where we needed to be. When we left, I opened my box of mini's and they were smashed and apparently just thrown in the bag which also makes me wonder if they had an upset employee. I also had two large ice tea's and there was no ice and very warm. (I didn't order them that way). They were busy and I know that but ....wow.

9-February-2025 Today was my first visit to Zaby's on Rome…read moreHighway. I used my app to place my order for pick up. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:30pm, walked in, checked to see my name on the bag, and picked up my oder. I was then approached by a young female employee who detained me until I showed her my app confirmation on my phone for the order. I was in shock! This has never happened to me for an online order. I told her my phone was in the car but was happy to show her my drivers license, which I did. Now, I must admit, I was frustrated and a little short with her because this receipt checking crap really gets to me. While most people just give up their rights and adhere to this non-sense, it is a violation of ones liberty and freedom unless you are suspected and accused of a crime. Walmart has been sued over this practice hundreds of times. When the young lady said my drivers license wasn't good enough, I then got mad. While I didn't cuss or raise my voice, I told her that I was leaving and if she needed my receipt that bad she could follow me to my car. I calmly and slowly walked to my vehicle and purposely took my time entering. Lo and behold, I looked in my rearview and out comes a different young lady with a red iPhone in hand. She was video taping my license plate and me. She walked up to my door pushing her phone close to my face demanding I show her my receipt. At this point, I'm furious. I told her she was violating my rights and unless she was accusing me of a crime and calling the police I was leaving. I told her about Terry v. Ohio and the Supreme Court decision of 1967, I told her that she could get sued if she continued this practice. I then showed her my app confirmation and she told me if I did this again she would bar me from the store. I was now visibly angry and trembling on the inside as I calmly drove away. When I got home I immediately logged on the Zaxbys.com looking for a contact phone number. I did speak with customer service and explained what happened. Of course, they were polite and apologetic and promised to keep me informed on their "investigation". Time will tell. I can promise this to Zaxby's. I will never eat at your restaurant again. There are too many other options and this one event has ended thought of ever eating there again. All of this over an $11 sandwich meal. Unbelievable! This simple fact that I've taken time to post this, something I've never done before, should tell you how infuriating this event was today.

When my husband called her out on it she said well they knew what they wanted. We told her so did we. So we ordered our pizza. A large Pepperoni and extra cheese with ham and peppers on just half. Well after an hour the table next to us had got their food eaten got three refils on their tea we stopped her and asked whereour food was. She said on the way came back 5 min later . Pizza cool but ok temp wise. She ordered us an extra lg pizza with pepparoni extra cheese ham and peppers . Instead of half ham and pepper when we brought it to her attention she said we did not say half. We kept it even though I "hate" peppers cause I was very hungry and he is diabetic with his sugar dropping. And in all this time she had not offered to fill our drinks. We finished our meal had to stop another waitress and ask for a box and bill finally got those paid and left no tip for her not somthing I do but tip is pay for service you don't give any you don't get any.The service given by Kaydance was some of the worst I have ever had. But we have been here several times and this has never had this problem. So don't judge on this trip alone.

Last week I was at this Taco Bell and as soon as I got to the speaker to order at the drive through…read moreI was told to wait. I waited and waited. While waiting I was on the phone and was saying how every time I come through here to get lunch for my client I have to wait. I'm a caregiver. A guy comes on the speaker and asks me what did I say. I say that I haven't ordered anything yet. He then goes on to say that he heard me say that I have to wait and that was rude and disrespectful to them. I responded that I have not said anything to him. He then goes on to say that he is refusing to serve me. I pulled up to the window and he goes on about how I don't know what the workers are going through and that they have problems. I asked for the number to corporate. He said google it. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone said that they didn't have corporate and directed me to call another Taco Bell in another state. She did say that they would serve me if I come inside. When inside the person who took my order apologized for the guy at the window. Then the guy at the window apologized saying that he was mad because a previous order was messed up. I told him that this was a place of business. After leaving I called the 1800-Taco Bell and gave a report requesting that they contact me. I received a email acknowledging that I made the report. But so far I haven't heard anything from them.

He told me it hadn't shown up yet and was "still processing." Fine, I thought -- I'll wait a few minutes. But those few minutes turned into 35, and that's when I was told, "Oops, we forgot." Seriously? After nearly forty-five minutes of waiting, my single taco finally appeared. What on earth takes 45 minutes to make one taco? This experience was beyond disappointing -- it was chaotic, careless, and completely unprofessional. There's no excuse for "forgetting" an order, especially when it's already marked complete in the app. I left frustrated, confused, and honestly shocked at how disorganized this location is. Do better. But don't worry -- I will not provide Taco Bell with any opportunity to fail me again.
