I have heard from a few people about this restaurant. The hype is on when you say zasbys. I'm out of town visiting family! On this particular Sunday I tried to experience something different and visited this location. What a disappointment. The service was not up to part. The cashier was all over the place but at the cash register paying attention to what I was ordering. In addition, the restaurant seems like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Walked in smelled weird, looked around floors are disgusting with trash everywhere, food laying around trash cans and under tables. A build up of unknown black n brown substances under trash cabinets on floor. Immediately walked out letting them know it was disgusting. Won't be back read more

So 4th of July, came through drive thru, had about 6-8 vehicles in line. The family and I decided to wait in line, no big deal, after 30 minutes, we finally get to order but before we could the person inside says we don't have any fried or grilled meat. Mind you, I waited at the order box for 10 minutes waiting after they said " 1 minute please". I ask ok, thinking they was gonna find something else they were out of, I asked " so what do you have?" The answer "we don't have fried or grilled meat". Disappointed cause my kids wanted Zaxby's, I leave but decided to just wait in a parking lot next to it and see if there actually of meat, surprisingly the next cars seem to get a meal. Now, I can imagine what happened with me but I'd like to think that me being white had nothing to do with it, unfortunately for me the next car behind me at the time was not a white couple. Maybe the people at Zaxby's was just being lazy and didn't feel like working till 11, it was 10 at night so I can see how they would just say hell with it, but when the next car was able to get their order without issues, well it didn't go through my head as being lazy. So in short, I see no reason to continue my patronage at this establishment anymore. I feel that if this is how they treat people then there is no place for me or anyone who is treated like this. My coworkers were talking about Zaxby's and thought it would be a great place to go eat. I had never heard of Zaxby's before but it wasn't a common fast food chain where I used to live. They were describing it and it sounded good to me. We came around 6:30pm on a Monday. The drive-thru was pretty busy and there was plenty of parking. I didn't really look at their website before coming here so I decided what to order as I stood there in line. I ordered the Cajun Club sandwich which came with fries. The drink wasn't included so I ordered that and the total came out to $8 which was nice. I didn't want any more extra change in my pocket. It took a while before my order was ready because the fries weren't ready yet. We all had it to go and brought it back to the hotel to eat. The Cajun Club didn't look appealing and definitely didn't look like the picture but then again usually no food looked like what it was supposed to. I started to eat and it wasn't bad. The blackened chicken had flavor and was not dry. In fact, it was a little messy and the chicken was sliding out of the buns because of everything else was making it slide out. The fries were a bit salty but good otherwise. There was a pickle as well which tasted like a pickle should taste like. This place was okay and I wouldn't mind trying something else the next time I travel and see as Zaxby's. read more

Waited in drive thru up for 28 minutes before getting service when I pulled up to window there were no cars waiting for food.

Ordered on the app a wings & things meal. Got to the drive thru, told them I had an order placed on the app and then they told me to pull up to the window. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes before someone came to it and asked me again what I ordered. I told them I had a wings & things meal and they immediately slammed the window. I then proceeded to wait there for 5 more minutes before the same worker came back and told me they were out of boneless wings and asked what I wanted instead. I asked if they could substitute a sandwich and she did not respond and shut the window. I then proceeded to wait there for 25 MORE MINUTES, with no one at any point telling me what was going on with my food or what was being prepared. They finally handed me my food 25 minutes later and said they were able to do the sandwich. I drove off and about 20 minutes into my drive I opened the box of food to see that there were only a few fries, TWO chicken fingers, and I sandwich with no chicken on it, just a bun with sauce and pickles. My toast was also forgotten. This is absolutely absurd and shameful customer service. read more

This was our 2nd visit to this particular location and we went in for lunch on a Sunday - the 1st was during Hurricane Irma on our way to Lake Seminole where we were evacuating in our RV. We are ironically now living in the Tally area and wanted to pay this location a visit again because we got such great service and food our 1st time around. Not the case sadly on our 2nd visit. We were the only ones at the counter ordering, and the lady we ordered from seemed put out by our mere existence. I asked if they had the Zensation Zalad back yet, and she looked at me like I was crazy! I told her it must have been a FL thing and ordered something else. She was not "rude", she just made us feel like we were inconveniencing her a bit. When we went to get our drinks, there was spilt tea all over the counter to the edge - I actually almost got tea on my shirt. I then went into the restroom and it was filthy. TP all over the floor, etc. looked like it had been neglected for a while. It took a long while for our food to come out (it was not crowded inside, maybe the drive through was busy or they were short handed?) we appreciated the hot chicken tenders, however the fries were not fresh so I asked the very polite young lady at the counter for fresh ones. She apologized and brought us some hot ones a few minutes later. All in all I was disappointed with our 2nd visit comparing it to our 1st being so great. We are huge fans of Zaxby's and have been to many of them. We hope that this particular location cleans up a bit and takes much more pride in both their customer service as well as their cleanliness, even if it's on a weekend :) read more

Awful place to eat.... subpar food, bad service, and insane wait times in the drive thru (even if you are the only one in line). 20 minute wait for chicken tenders that were small, and didn't taste very good. Almost twice as expensive as any other chicken tenders in town, for about half the amount of chicken. No apology, and no attempt to do anything to make up for the ridiculous wait. Four orders placed no problem, cashier friendly and smiling. Drink cups given out right after the order was made. Receipt given promptly and number circled for our order to be picked up. Order number was called within a very short time. Food that was to be hot was hot, and food that was to be cold was cold. Food was prepared right and appeared well placed on plates, smell good and looked appetizing to each in the party of four. Meal tasted good and was consumed with no surprises. read more
