My first visit, I tried one Chicken and one Chorizo taco. The Chorizo was fantastic, but the flavor of the Chicken completely surprised me. The shrimp was plump, the Birria was tender, and if I had to pick a favorite, the Pork Belly probably takes the win. One thing about all of Juan's tacos, they pack them so full the filling barely fits in the tortilla. On my last visit, I went with one Pork Belly taco and one Chicken taco. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is just fun. While I was down there, Juan was in the process of opening his new location. I went over to the salsa bar which had onions, cilantro, radishes, and three sauces and grabbed a sampling. All in all, the food was very good. Well, the tacos were. The gordita was okay, but nothing amazing. I would definitely recommend this particular establishment and I will give it five stars overall.
