I honestly never thought I'd see a Chick-fil-A that we'd never go back to. I understand this is a busy location, but there's simply no excuse for getting orders wrong and having the dirtiest bathrooms I've seen in a long time. Our mobile order was entered correctly, yet both chicken sandwiches came with the wrong cheese. After waiting 22 minutes for our food, it was too late to do much about it. And then there were the bathrooms. Trash bins overflowing. Water and urine all over the floors. No toilet paper. In the men's room, there was a huge pile of paper towels under the urinal apparently being used to soak up whatever had flooded the floor. My wife said the women's restroom was just as bad. The manager appeared to be working her tail off while several employees stood around chatting. That tells me there's either a training problem, a management problem, or both. Never again will we step foot in that location. I sincerely hope this isn't a sign of where this once-exceptional chain is headed. read more

I am not sure you can even classify Bainbridge's chick fil a as a fast food restaurant. The service, the food, all of it is top notch! Definitely better than your normal fast food restaurant. Have kids? Take them inside for their meal and allow them to hangout on the cool playground. It's always a yes for us when someone mentions CFA. read more

Slow service. Drive-through needs to learn how to acknowledge customers before fumbling around with the gadget in their hand and not even acknowledging the customer if it's working or not when asked. Handicap people should not have to go around and park and walk inside for a milkshake. And fill customers order as they order. don't take people behind them just because you feel like it. If the people say that work there, say they didn't do that, then they're not telling the truth. read more

I just left this establishment just a few minutes ago and they got my order completely messed up. I asked for an 8 piece fried nugget meal with a sprite and 4 packets of chick fil a sauce. The only thing they got right was the sprite. I l got 2 packets of bbq, and I got grilled nuggets instead. There was another order, so I asked for seperate bags, and I only got 1 bag. Food is good. However, they did not have Mac-n-cheese in stock. Told me it will take 25 mins to make. You sure you want to wait. I said yes. Then all of a sudden it went to 40 mins to wait. I'm still here. The restaurant is clean and new looking but if your service is not up to the standards then it needs to be looked into. read more
