Her sweet tea (again, welcome to South Carolina) was refilled, which is a sign that she's enjoying it. Rigsby's feels like a place that's trying hard to be family friendly and energetic, the kind of local chain that wants to be the dependable neighborhood option for burgers, wings, and a little bit of everything.
