Service was friendly and the store was clean. There were many items to choose from on the menu. Chicken strips were good and fresh. The first few cheese bites were ok, but when they began to cool off, they became hard to eat. My two egg rolls were tasteless, and too dark on the outside, and raw inside. My mistake for ordering them. Didn't complain or ask for exchange to anything else. I really didn't feel like having that huge Texas toast, or more bad carbs. The dining room was well lit and had nice simple atmosphere because it had a lot of windows. Birthday flavor milkshake was way too sweet for me. After we left, I ordered that fom the drive through. Luckily the shakes were 50% on this day. My friend loved her meal and said that the coleslaw was good. The prices are probably comparable to any other fast food. Good location! On December 31st at approximately 6:00 p.m., I arrived at the Zaxby's drive‑thru and noticed several cars ahead of me. By the time I reached the speaker, there were at least a dozen vehicles lined up behind me. I waited several minutes without being acknowledged and attempted to get someone's attention by saying "Hello" multiple times, but received no response. I then drove up to the window, where an employee opened it. I mentioned that the speaker might not be working, and she replied, "Yeah, we closed at 6 p.m. today because it's New Year's Eve and we're trying to get out of here." I pointed out that there was a long line of customers still waiting to place orders, and she simply stated that she had been telling people they were closed. This is the second time I've experienced this issue at this location, and it is extremely frustrating. Clear communication and proper signage are basic expectations. This location needs to do better with notifying customers of their hours!!! read more

Whenever my workplace orders via DoorDash, we are always missing someone's meal, the fries are always bland, we never have enough sauces or no sauces at all, and they never follow the preferences on the order. One time, it's fine; people make mistakes, but multiple times, there are clearly some issues with the staff and their effort... Please do better. read more

I had to create an account on yelp just so I could leave a review. This location is absolutely terrible any time after 3:00 PM. I came about an hour before close and it took them five minutes to take my order at the drive through. When I moved up to the drive through window I was met by a Jordan M. This individual seemed like they REALLY did not want to be there. I paid and they basically threw my card at me while yelling at another co-worker. They then turned to me and said "I'm going to have you pull up, thanks." In a very demeaning manner. They then proceeded to slam the drive through window in my face before I could ask where they wanted me to pull to. After I pulled up further and parked it took them ANOTHER five minutes before I got my food. Needless to say this isn't my first trip here and every time something is unsatisfactory. For the food aspect of the trip there is absolutely no reason the chicken should be soggy and cold. I understand you close in an hour but standard upkeep should be a normal thing. Half of the time they forget to give me my sauce and I have to go inside to get it. The bread was absolutely terrible, it was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out ALL night. The ambiance was not something I can review. It was pretty gloomy especially with the rude individual that took my payment and brought out my food. I ordered ahead for curbside pickup and the wait time was 13 mins. Which was fine because it took about 8 mins to get there, when I got there I parked and checked in. It was about 10 mins before I was wondering where my food was, another 10 mins or so went by and a friend went in to check and our order was sitting on the counter ready, for who knows how long, the line was long so I had wait to tell them that was my order even though they were supposed to bring it out to me. I'm an out of towner with no prior experience to Zaxby's and I honestly have to say I loved it! The whole family really liked it -- and that's really rare! A local told us we had to try a zaxbys and I was scared after reading all these reviews, but I approached it with an open mind and LOVED it! First thing I noticed is you get a ton of food for your money. The price was comparable to a McDonalds value meal, but I got 6 chicken tenders, coleslaw, Texas toast, and onion rings. Everything was seasoned well. I'm a huge fan on these onion rings and I'm probably addicted now. Kids meals come with a side and a giant goldfish cookie. My kids said it was "better than Chick-fil-A," which was shocking. Employees were friendly and answered all of our stupid out of towner questions without hesitation. Location was convenient. So this establishment has gone down hill tremendously. Too bad this is the closest one. First off, the staff is always just standing around and cutting up. Second, they usually leave something out of your order. Make sure you check before driving off. And most recently, the three salads we ordered were frozen. Even the chicken was cold. When was this salad prepare, the night before and thrown in the freezer? We couldn't even finish them. They never supply the sauces you actually pay for. A few times I have gotten a different order all together. The bread is either burned or raw. I ordered salads a few times and they have been frozen in the middle. This restaurant is definitely one to NOT order from. They always forget your condiments as well. Ya know, this was my first time ever eating at a Zaxby's, and I am a fan! We dined in and ordered Zalads: Blackened Blue, and Cobb with grilled chicken, and they were delicious! The Blackened Blue had a generous portion of warm chicken atop very fresh lettuce, tomato, crumbled blue cheese. My husband ordered in the drive thru. Not a single word was said to him upon paying or getting our food. Not one word. Not a how are you today.... Nothing. He got home and realized they made my salad wrong (gave us fried instead of grilled chicken). He took it back, went through the drive thru again and just said hey I ordered grilled, can you swap it out. AGAIN NOT ONE WORD WAS SAID TO HIM. No apologizes. No I'll get that fixed. Nothing. This is not the first time our order has been wrong. It's also the worlds slowest service. I love the food at Zaxby's. I live 3 minutes away from this Zaxby's, and I never go anymore because of the repeated bad service I have received. Items always missing from to-go orders. Items missing from salads. Over cooked chicken. Under sauced wings. What is the deal? Someone needs to take charge and improve your customer service and food expedition. This place has gone through a complete overhaul! I don't know if management, owners or staff changed but finally-FINALLY, this place is a home run on all fronts. When it comes to fast food, there is always a problem with drive-thru or dine in but not at this Zaxbys! Inside or out, my order is always correct and fast! I am addicted to their Zensation salad and while it's only seasonally served, I often visit 2-3 times a week to have it. Mixed greens, red cabbage, carrot slivers, won-ton strips and topped with Asian slaw and sweet sesame dressing. Served with either crispy or grilled chicken and a veggie egg roll, it is heaven in a bowl! This location is packed for lunch and dinner but the staff takes the crowds with ease. Not only are their smiling faces behind the counter but there is always someone clearing plates out front and cleaning tables.
