REAL HYDROTHERAPY and TAX DEDUCTIBLE, too!…read more My wife and I bought the A8L Bullfrog hot tub 3 months ago, and we are delighted. We use it every day, sometimes twice a day. We shopped at 3 different hot tub showrooms and Royal Pools and Spas was the only one to offer a "wet test." (Thank you, Leslie!) I really wanted to see if we could clearly feel the effect of these cool interchangeable "jet packs." The answer is YES! You must experience the Four Oscillator 201 jet pack. It really gives you a kneading back massage, as long as you want, where you want it. The waterfall, beyond being merely cool, really gets hot water to muscles on the upper neck and back of the head. When you turn off the waterfall feature, it has 4 firm jets which really get into your back. The Neck Blaster jet pack does the job well. You will want 1 lounge chair, but you don't need 2. The lounge chair gets jets on your legs, feet and back, at the same time. Besides being relaxing, warming and de-stressing, it provides real hydrotherapy for sore muscles after vigorous exercise, yoga, muscles damaged from surgery, aches and pains from previous car accident or other trauma, arthritis, etc. The design and engineering of the bullfrog hot tub are praise-worthy. I appreciate all the thoughtful details: the external and internal lights, lighted cup rests, arm rests, wrist jets, hip jets, foot jets, control valves on each jet pack, easy to understand control panel. Kudos! Hey Bullfrog designers and engineers: Could you possibly relocate the bottom drain from the bottom of the sidewall to the flat bottom of the tub for better draining, so we don't need to use buckets, a shop vac or spa pump to drain the water? Royal Pools provides a starter spa chemical kit, steps to get in and out, a cover and lifter arm. Make sure to ask for the handrail, too. You will need and use it. BONUS: As an experienced CPA tax specialist in Staatsburg, NY, I can say that this spa is definitely TAX DEDUCTIBLE, by individuals and businesses, according to the Internal Revenue code. Make sure you take advantage of this. What could be better than a government tax deduction/subsidy of YOUR hot tub? Now, we spend more time outdoors, during the day and at night, and we feel better. This hot tub was one of the best decisions we've ever made! Thank you, Royal Pools and Bullfrog. Best wishes, Robert Greene CPA CMA

Maintenance was a must condition since we were new pool owners, and they agreed to it. As soon as this guy connected all the pool equipment and declared everything was set, the motor/filter started leaking. He opened it, hammered something inside and outside, made some other quick changes and assured me that everything was fine. He promised that his wife would stop by and help with the pool app on my phone, as she was a pro and enjoyed doing it. He also offered to take a pool water sample and asked me to call in a day. I started calling them later the same day as I noticed that the filter started leaking again. The first two days I kept getting a nice voicemail promising a callback that never came. For several days after that I was finally talking to a live person who said that she could only take messages for them. I left many but NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK OR STOPPED BY and I had to hire another company that charged me more for emergency call. They discovered that some parts were damaged and fixed the problem efficiently. To my surprise, today, after almost a year of not hearing from Foxx Pools, we received an invoice from them demanding payment! They have the nerve to send a bill, along with penalties. 11 months since I last had any form of contact with anyone representing this company and no response from them whatsoever. Should be sued for their negligence instead of paying their invoice! It's no surprise that many people are complaining about them. Hope that potential clients read these reviews and avoid our mistake of contacting them.

I know they will be taken care of because he's honest and professional and also fully insured.  So when the time came for needing some electrical work on my 120 year old home there was no doubt who I was calling to help with issues I was having. My husband works in lighting and deals with electrical issues often and usually can figure out most things and repair them himself. However, having a house with let's just say interesting wiring sometimes proves harder than his skillset. An issue that my husband had been battling with for numerous hours to diagnose Matt was able to come in and fix in just a few minutes. He's my go to guy for any elective needs and should be your go to guy too

A quick Yelp search and Request-a-Quote later and I found Precise Vision Pros who quickly responded with what I felt was a reasonable quote for summer services. I really love this company. I've had some issues with other folks that have serviced our property in the past (we rent out our home and do not live close by) but this summer has been a breeze with Precise Vision Pros. They are always prompt to respond to my emails and are so courteous when it comes to processing payments. While they do ask that you pay half up front, I had arranged services well in advance of the summer and they kindly allowed me to pay that deposit in early May rather than February. Beyond the amazing Sara with whom I've been in regular contact about services each week, I must note the quality of services overall. Each time we've visited, I'm happy with the water quality and vacuuming. They are always on top of any incoming weather that might affect the pool and arrange visits accordingly. I also love that they provided complimentary critter life savers (floats that save lives of unsuspecting frogs and small animals that might have fallen into the pool). Sadly, I'm moving after this season, and I'll really miss working with this company. They really were lifesavers for us this summer!
