I don't think that if an elderly person actually has help with them that you should take over the whole process making five other people wait 20 minutes until you finish wrapping her gift for her with her assistant right beside her. As soon as that woman and her niece walked away a new cashier came up and started helping. So basically she saw the line, she saw her building presence for other people and she still just stayed back in the back room not helping. Terrible customer service, bad form, that's not their job to put together a shower gift for a person when you have a line of five or more people waiting and you were the only cashier. It was ridiculous and I know that in these times that things have definitely changed but professionalism, it's not that hard, you can do it!!

She also did not review my receipt and refunded me based on the current sale price instead of the price I originally paid, which meant I received less money back. , I've been a longtime customer and have purchased many items from Janie and Jack.
