Yesterday when I was with my GF shopping in Zara I was speechless to witness the customer service or should I say disservice. While I was waiting at the changing room I listened to the staff chew out customers and go out of their way to be rude. I like the price and the designs of Zara but I keep hearing people share that they have experienced similar things. I would suggest that the staff get name tags because its not everyone that is acting in such a deplorable manner Zara, please give your staff some customer service training read more

I have finally found my favorite one (so far) less people then the Amsterdam one (so less people…read moreshoving you and grabbing things from in front of your face) and they also seem to have the biggest clearance section I've ever seen in a Primark, I'm always finding things on awesome sale here! Plus I like the Hague in general! Definitely would recommend this Primark if you don't like being manhandled in the Amsterdam one.
