Yesterday when I was with my GF shopping in Zara I was speechless to witness the customer service or should I say disservice. While I was waiting at the changing room I listened to the staff chew out customers and go out of their way to be rude.
I like the price and the designs of Zara but I keep hearing people share that they have experienced similar things. I would suggest that the staff get name tags because its not everyone that is acting in such a deplorable manner
