This review is only about their DISCRIMINATED service.
This place presents the worst Zara service ever.
The Suriname/Antillean sales man at the men section is unprofessional and very rude.
When we were at the dressing room, I want to follow Mr.Q to see the fitting. The sales man come over, stopped me by using his arm and told me" Only One customer is allowed to enter the fitting room". I was like" Okay, sure".
And when I was waiting outside the fitting room. The same salesman invited a couple into the fitting room, he followed them into the fitting room and started to chat with that couple.
Now, wait a minutes! Did you just told me that " I can't get into the fitting room, because only one customer is allowed? Why did you invite this couple into the fitting room?'
Are we being discriminated? Just because we don't look white or Amerindians to you?'.
Mr.Q told me to let go, but I turn back to this sales man and request him in Dutch" Is it normal for you to discriminate people from how it looks? Do you think this is normal? Why would you let the other couples in and not us? Can you explain that?" And he stood there shocked, quiet and embarrassed, he thought I was just another English spoken tourist.
When I requested for their manager, she/he seems to be too busy to talk to the customer.
If the manager act like this to the customer, what do you expect how professional these sales men/women can be? read more
