Horrible customer service when problems arrive. I purchased an item in the store in Amsterdam while on vacation and they forgot to remove the security sensor. I noticed it when I arrived home and after days of emailing, calling, and lots of back and forth they still have not been able to resolve this problem. It could have been so simple to provide good customer service and make this problem go away quickly (as Amazon does - now I remember why I'm so loyal to Amazon!) Instead, their customer service asked me to take the item to a local store in my community at home and ask them if they could remove the sensor. I can't imagine how awkward and uncomfortable that would be, not to mention that the stores here have entirely different types of sensors. Wow, that's their solution? The main problem is that they are putting the onus on me to fix their mistake instead of providing a solution. read more
