Lots of choices and although they taste different from NY bagels (OG!) they are still welcome addition to the local food spectrum. I like the plane bagels for sandwiches and sesame bagel when I just want to have bagel and coffee / tea Have to say that although the specific tastes may not be NY, the prices are ;) Clean well lit space, with quirky movie reference wall art, you can sit alone and people watch across large windows, or you can sit in a booth-like table with friends Come visit !

Delays can happen, especially during busy breakfast hours, but what stood out most was the absence of any clear process. Staff members appeared to be jumping between tasks at random, reacting to whatever came up rather than following an organized system. Compounding the issue was a noticeable lack of leadership on the floor--no one directing traffic, prioritizing orders, or keeping the operation moving efficiently. The result was a chaotic service environment where customers were left waiting and wondering what was happening with their order. As for the food, the bagels themselves were perfectly adequate but ultimately unremarkable. In a market where great bagel shops thrive on both quality and efficiency, "fine" simply isn't enough to outweigh a frustrating service experience. With stronger operational structure and visible leadership during peak hours, this shop could likely improve the customer experience significantly. For now, however, the combination of disorganization and underwhelming food makes it difficult to justify a return visit.

I think I came here three times for breakfast and twice for lunch, and even though part of the reason I kept coming back was the very limited options on campus where I was staying, I also really wanted more bagels. Every bagel I had was the perfect texture, and every cream cheese I tried was great. My favourite schmears were the Honey Almond (I liked the texture from the almond pieces - try it with the Cinnamon Raisin bagel) and Jalapeño Salsa (packs a kick of spice and flavour). Both the Nova Lox and Avocado Veg Out sandwiches were a hit also. The lox was fresh and there was lots of it, and the Veg Out was also packed with fresh veggies and smashed avocado. The only thing I did not really care for was their chai latte. It had this odd artificial flavour and was too sweet for me combined with their almond milk, which is also very sweet. I had both the hot and the iced version (with almond milk) and it was the same. Their decaf coffee, however, was excellent. On top of delicious bagels, the staff was always so sweet and was a huge part of what kept me coming back.

The service is also very good. The ambiance is nothing special or exciting, because it is at the airport, but it is satisfactory for a bagel place. The rye bread pairs quite nicely with the roast beef. We also shared the turkey sandwich, which was good but not as memorable as the pastrami.
