Great service and coffee. My wife and I came in on a weekday morning and were the only people in there. The lady, who I am assuming was the owner, was very attentive. We ordered caramel macchiatos and she let us know how long it would take her to make them. Unfortunately the internet went down when it was time to pay and we didn't have any cash. She took down my name and phone number and let me know she would send me an invoice. I was shocked, we live in California and that would never happen. We left with our macchiatos, which were delicious, and in about an hour I received an invoice which I promptly paid. My only complaint was that I was not able to leave a tip. Service like they definitely deserves a tip. If you're in Pine Bluff please do yourself a favor and visit this coffee shop. read more

If you are looking for a cute coffee shop to stop by if you're passing through...then keep looking. The lady was nice but it seemed like she was the customer not the owner...the service wasn't good at all. The coffee wasn't good either especially for $16 for 2. The lady who assisted us was very nice. However, when I mentioned wanting a latte she asked if I wanted espresso. The drink I received tasted like an iced vanilla coffee rather than an iced vanilla latte. It was just okay. read more

During a work trip in Pine Bluff, I was in desperate need of some Starbucks. However, no Starbucks here so the search was on for the next best thing. I saw Indigo Blue during a Yelp search and thought I'd give them a try. It's a cute and quaint place. They serve a small menu at breakfast and lunch. However, hubby and I just got mochas. The lady made them with coffee from an airpot, half and half packets and Hershey's. Not your typical mocha but can't say I hated it. I didn't see an espresso machine, so we got her version, and it tasted just fine. Just wanted to mention it, though, as it's definitely not Starbucks - but I'm sure it was never intended to be. And thats A-OK! I've heard good things on their food though. Maybe I'll try it next time I'm in town. read more

The ambiance of the place is so peaceful and enjoyable with the light jazz music. I enjoyed my vanilla latte and chicken sandwich while reading one of the African history books. There are several great history books of the culture. The decoration is beautiful with several historical Ebony magazine covers framed pictures along the walls. They tell the African American history throughout the years. This place reminds me of "Bus Boys and Poets" in the DMV. I enjoyed it. The outside of the place looks great also. I just wish the lady would have been a bit more customer friendly oriented, and greeted us immediately as we walked in. Customer Service is definitely the key to longevity. 0 stars because I went there 3 days in a row during normal business hours and they were closed every time. People inside cleaning when they were still supposed to be opened. I'm from out of state and there were no coffee shops for miles besides the one in white hall, so for a small town coffee shop they should be open when they say they are. read more

My daughter Coco and I visit often this coffee house by Ms. Mary Ann Lee the owner. Ms. Lee has so many flavors of coffee and tea. I strongly recommend the chef's salad and muffins as very very good. Also, check the Pine Bluff Calendar of Events Ms. Lee always has poetry night and local live music there is so much history in this establishment and a fantastic library that you can take your tea or coffee in and sit and read. And let Ms. Lee share her own personal history of where she once lived and who she met and worked with great politicians in today's offices, Mr. Lee is truly a remarkable woman and we love her. read more

The owner was as sweet as she could be. She was the only one there so it was a little bit of a wait for the food but it was definitely worth it. I was looking for a local coffee spot for my Java needs and this place did not disappoint!! Super cute location, amazingly kind staff and FANTASTIC coffee. This place has delicious and well brewed coffee. She also has accessories for sale for brewing coffee at home. There are different types of teas for sale, too! The Cafe has a nice decor and a comforting atmosphere, with a little Pine Bluff history thrown in there along with it. The food on the menu is healthy and tasty, as well.
