Despite it being the height of supper time rush, the dual drive through lanes moved relatively quickly. My twenty (20) piece chicken nuggets were very warm, but thankfully not overly hot. They cost under $6.50, which amazed me! The unsweetened iced tea was pretty bland, but McD has never sold very robust tea. The employees were friendly and accommodating. When I asked, they cheerfully provided me with a plastic fork so that I could easily eat my food. All in all, given the opportunity, I would return here. I also recommend it as one of the better McDonald's that I've patronized.

Another gentleman came in and said his fries were cold. We got our order and they didn't give us any cups, forgot our water bottle, and coffee. We then got all the items and went to the car. The buns were stale and everything just tasted like it was old. None of us could finish our meals. All of the employees had no emotion in their voice either and sounded really sassy.

This was such a mixed experience! I'm a pretty frequent flier at McDonald's especially when I…read moretravel and while my food was actually very good, the experience just left me a bit befuddled. When we arrived, we placed a mobile order and sat down at the table. Several people came in, ordered, and received their food before we did. No big deal, we had a pretty large order for several people. I noticed I had a coupon on my app so my sister went up to order and use the coupon at the self-service kiosk. The kiosk wouldn't take the coupon correctly so she went up to the counter to order instead. Despite still having the coupon pulled up, the woman at the counter refused to take her order or correct the coupon when her machine wouldn't take it either. Her recommendation was that we wait half an hour (???) for the ability to use a different coupon. When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm but tasted very good. We got our second set of fries (that she made us pay full price for because the coupon didn't work!) and they were piping hot. While I liked my food, everyone else in my family disliked theirs and thought it was nasty. There were also no napkins, ketchup, etc. available at all. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's. It's probably worth it to go up to the one in Pine Bluff rather than stop here, or just a different restaurant entirely.

Horrible it doesn't even deserve a star!…read more Today I ordered ahead and paid and then when I get in line they take the order in front of me I get there at 11:30 and then they told me they're closed and I said I ordered on the app and they said well you'll get your money back tomorrow when you don't pick up your order and then I pull up and they take the peoples order in front of me and these kids are paying cash! But I've paid ahead and ordered on the app yet I can't even get what I ordered and it was nothing crazy it was french fries and cookies...... But the person that got there right when I got there got their food and they paid cash... This location is gone downhill after the past few years I stopped going there because every time I go there there's a problem!!! Multiple complaints about this location every time I go to this location I'll order through the app and when I go to pick up they tell me nothing is available.
