The food is good and the team members are always nice and very friendly. I usually never get discouraged when I see the long lines at any CFA because I know that the line is going to move quickly but not at this location. At this location if the line is long you're going to wait. The line slowly inches forward but you better believe you're still going to wait. My friend was given the wrong order, which we did not discover until returning to our hotel. When I asked the manager on duty if my meal could be remade due to the inconvenience, she was dismissive and refused, stating there was "nothing wrong" with my food. I requested to speak with someone above her; she took my name and number and made a call but never returned to address the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. Due to this experience, I do not recommend this location.
