I usually never get discouraged when I see the long lines at any CFA because I know that the line is going to move quickly but not at this location. When I asked the manager on duty if my meal could be remade due to the inconvenience, she was dismissive and refused, stating there was "nothing wrong" with my food. I requested to speak with someone above her; she took my name and number and made a call but never returned to address the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. Due to this experience, I do not recommend this location.
