My son asked about their specialty drinks because there were multiple signs advertising them in the store and the worker said they no longer offered that. Got our wings (traditional) lemon pepper and sweet&tangy. They looked like they were boiled and then air fried, barely any crisp. The wings were the cheap party wings, mostly drummettes like you get off the discount section at Walmart. The sweet & tangy was literally bbq sauce. Asked the worker about it, she said that is their "new" version of the sause, even though BBQ is on the menu... Out of 7 of the fountain drinks available, 3 were out of order. Never going back, I could have taken that $50.00 and had a much better experience almost anywhere else. Super disappointed

This location was extremely disappointing and not customer- friendly. While visiting Pine Bluff,…read moremy friend and I stopped here as we do every time we're in town. My friend was given the wrong order, which we did not discover until returning to our hotel. Because we were riding together, I had to drive back to the restaurant to correct their mistake, causing my food to become cold. When I asked the manager on duty if my meal could be remade due to the inconvenience, she was dismissive and refused, stating there was "nothing wrong" with my food. I requested to speak with someone above her; she took my name and number and made a call but never returned to address the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. Due to this experience, I do not recommend this location.

There were 5 people in my party and we each ordered the 6 piece wing combo. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized we should have placed our order prior to getting there. When we finally got our order, I wasn't clear on which wings were which. We had a total of 10 different wing flavors and they weren't labeled. I asked the employee and she responded as if I should have just known. After some back and forth, she finally explained them all. The lemon pepper flavored wings are the best in my opinion. Both the boneless and bone in wings were cooked to perfection. The fries were inconsistent, some orders were cooked perfectly and others were overcooked. Mine was overcooked and I had mostly hollow, greasy fries. The Cajun corn was a disappointment. They basically poured a ridiculous amount of Cajun seasoning on the corn before giving it to us. We ordered a half dozen of fresh baked rolls. They were warm, buttery and unfortunately lacked flavor. To me, they aren't worth the cost of 89 cents per roll.

It had some flavor but still kind of lacked it at the same time yet cooked pretty well. Portions were very good sized from what I've seen before. The chicken wings were a bit overcooked as they were dark brown and some overly crunchy. The flavor was good, seasoned well, but the portion size was very small. Anywhere you get chicken from here where I am is 2-3 times bigger, even Wingstop's wings are bigger. Like some were so small, I didn't want to give them to anyone because it was an embarassment to serve it to them. Would I try it again? Yeah, maybe with some sides there and see how they really taste. Not super disappointed though.
